The pillows were a bit firm, but the room was overall very pleasant. I was unlucky that my room was directly across from a staff room, which was sometimes a bit loud. I was there for a sports event and spent one night at the hotel. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful. My room was clean and well-equipped, with a kettle and a selection of teas. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. The breakfast was very diverse and left nothing to be desired. There are two city train stations near the hotel, which are about a 10-minute walk away and provide good access to the arena as well as the city center.

The breakfast was simply fantastic and very tasty, there was something for every taste. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. We received a tip to try a homemade cake, and I can only say: incredibly delicious! Thank you for the suggestion! We were there for a wrestling event at the arena, and the location of the hotel was perfect, also for a little stroll in Düsseldorf. We arrived by car and used the underground garage, which offered enough space. The 18 euros per day are really cheap compared to other hotels. Our stay was very pleasant, and if we come back to Düsseldorf, we will definitely book this hotel again.
