The soap had a scent that wasn't quite to my liking, However, the costs for parking, breakfast, and drinks seemed a bit steep, especially given the hotel's location, On the bright side, the rooms were cozy and well-maintained, equipped with nice touches like tea, coffee, and bottled water, The bar area is a pleasant spot to relax, Plus, the hotel is conveniently located near the highway, making it easy to escape Düsseldorf,

The location was not ideal, but public transport was easily accessible on foot. That was easy to overlook. The TV had a small problem, but housekeeping immediately called a technician who fixed everything quickly. Everyone was very friendly!

We had reserved a non-smoking room, but unfortunately, the room we initially received was somewhat smoky and seemed a bit worn out. However, the staff was extremely helpful and promptly offered us a better room, which we greatly appreciated. We found the parking fees a bit high, especially since there are also free parking options nearby if one is willing to walk a few minutes. The connection to the S-Bahn was excellent, and there were many shopping opportunities in the area.

There was no water in the room, which I missed a bit. The location is not optimal, as you have to drive into the underground garage since there are no other parking options. I paid 18 euros for the night. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was delicious.

The pillows were a bit firm, but the room was overall very pleasant. I was unlucky that my room was directly across from a staff room, which was sometimes a bit loud. I was there for a sports event and spent one night at the hotel. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful. My room was clean and well-equipped, with a kettle and a selection of teas. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. The breakfast was very diverse and left nothing to be desired. There are two city train stations near the hotel, which are about a 10-minute walk away and provide good access to the arena as well as the city center.

The breakfast was simply fantastic and very tasty, there was something for every taste. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. We received a tip to try a homemade cake, and I can only say: incredibly delicious! Thank you for the suggestion! We were there for a wrestling event at the arena, and the location of the hotel was perfect, also for a little stroll in Düsseldorf. We arrived by car and used the underground garage, which offered enough space. The 18 euros per day are really cheap compared to other hotels. Our stay was very pleasant, and if we come back to Düsseldorf, we will definitely book this hotel again.
