"There was no water in the rooms," which I missed a bit. The location could be better, as you have to drive into the underground garage because there are no other parking options. I paid 18 euros for the night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean," and the breakfast was delicious.

The breakfast was simply fantastic! There was a wide selection and everything was fresh and tasty. The staff was extremely friendly and really took care of us. We were recommended a homemade cake, and I can only say: it was a dream! Thank you for this tip! We were there for a wrestling event at the arena, and the location of the hotel was perfect for that. Even if you want to explore Düsseldorf, everything is quickly accessible. We arrived by car and used the underground garage – there was enough space and the 18 euros per day are really fair compared to other hotels. Our stay was simply great, and if we come back to Düsseldorf, we will definitely book this hotel again.

"We had reserved a non-smoking room," but the room we first received had a strong smell of cigarette smoke and seemed somewhat worn out. However, the staff was very quick and professional and immediately offered us a better room. This was a small disappointment at the beginning of our vacation. We found the parking fees a bit high, especially since there are free parking options in the area if one is willing to walk a few minutes. The connection to the S-Bahn was excellent, and there were many shopping options nearby.

"The pillows were a bit hard for my taste," but the staff made an effort to make my stay pleasant. My room was directly across from a staff room, which was sometimes a bit loud, but I could still sleep well. I was here for a sports event and only spent one night. The team was consistently friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, and I really appreciated the small kettle with a selection of teas. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was really extensive and delicious. There are two city train stations in the area, which are only about a 10-minute walk away," making it very easy to get to the arena or the city center.
