We really enjoyed our stay and if we travel to Düsseldorf again, we will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Additionally, the location of the hotel was not ideal for me. Overall, an average hotel that is sufficient for a short stay but has potential for improvement in several areas.

"We had reserved a non-smoking room," but initially, we received a room that had a strong smell of nicotine and seemed a bit older. However, the staff responded quickly and competently and offered us a better room. It was a bit annoying at the beginning of our vacation, but ultimately the service was excellent.
