The room was decent", though it could have been a bit cozier, I noticed there weren't enough electrical outlets, especially on one side of the bed, which made it a bit tricky to charge our phones without getting up, Not a huge deal, but it was a bit of a hassle, The breakfast was priced at 20, which seemed a bit steep to me, Overall, the hotel was quite nice and the most affordable option I found, My stay was pleasant, and I appreciated how clean everything was, including the bathroom, All in all," a satisfying experience,

"The pillows could be a bit more comfortable," but overall my stay was pleasant. Unfortunately, my room was located near a staff room, which was sometimes a bit noisy and woke me up early. I spent one night at the hotel due to a sports event. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, and I found a small kettle with a selection of teas. The bed was very comfortable for my taste. The breakfast buffet was excellent and left nothing to be desired. Near the hotel, about a 10-minute walk away, there are two city train stations that provide convenient access to the arena and downtown.

"The breakfast was simply fantastic and very tasty; there was something for every taste. The staff was extremely friendly and always attentive. A special tip was the homemade cake that we definitely should try – simply heavenly! Thank you very much for this tip!" We were in the arena for a wrestling event and the location of the hotel was perfect for that. Even if you want to discover a bit of Düsseldorf beforehand, everything is quickly accessible. We arrived by car and used the underground garage, which offered enough space. The 18 euros per day are really fair compared to other hotels. We really enjoyed our stay and if we travel to Düsseldorf again, we will definitely stay in this hotel again.

"We had reserved a non-smoking room," but initially we received a room that had a strong smell of nicotine and seemed somewhat older. However, the staff responded quickly and competently and offered us a better room. It was a bit annoying at the beginning of our vacation, but ultimately the service was excellent. We found the parking fees somewhat high, especially since there are also free parking options nearby if one is willing to walk a few minutes. The S-Bahn connection was excellent and there were many shopping opportunities in the area.
