It took a little searching for a power outlet by the bed to charge my phone, but everything else was fine. The beds are on the small side and the standard room is not very spacious, with only one chair present. The room was clean and the bathroom functional. The restaurant offers a delicious dinner, which is a big plus. The breakfast is really great! The offer is extensive and very tasty. The location is good, close to the 'zubringer', and we did not experience any noise disturbance from the nearby road (We had a room at the back).

The elevator makes a few strange noises, and there is only one outlet on one side of the bed, which makes charging the phone without an extension a bit awkward. However, the location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to the nearest subway station. The breakfast was delicious, the rooms were of a reasonable size, and the bathroom was also adequate.

I was very satisfied with my stay! Everything was clean and in good condition, the breakfast was excellent! I would especially like to highlight the friendly staff who really took care of me. As a solo traveler over 80 with limited mobility, I felt very comfortable!

The breakfast was simply fantastic! There was a wide selection and everything was very tasty. The staff was extremely friendly and always attentive. On the staff's advice, we tried a homemade cake, and I can only say: it was heavenly! Thank you for the great tip! We were in Düsseldorf for a wrestling event and the location of the hotel was perfect for it. Everything is quickly accessible for a little city stroll. We arrived by car and used the underground garage, which offered enough space. The 18 euros per day for parking are really fair compared to other hotels. Our stay was completely successful, and if we travel to Düsseldorf again, this hotel will definitely be our first choice.

The pillows were not the most comfortable, but overall I enjoyed my stay. My room was a bit noisy as it was opposite a staff room, which disturbed me a bit in the mornings. I was here for a sports event and the staff was consistently friendly and helpful. The room was clean and I found a kettle with a selection of teas, which I appreciated very much. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was varied and delicious. There are two tram stops near the hotel, which are only about a 10-minute walk away, making it very easy to get to the arena and downtown.
