Description

Welcome to our cozy terraced house in Dornumersiel on the beautiful North Sea coast.

Enjoy a relaxing break just a walk away from the beach. Our spacious holiday home offers about 95 square meters of space and comfort. It features two comfortable bedrooms, a modern bathroom, and an additional guest WC.

Mobility:
For electric car owners, we offer a wallbox for charging your vehicle. The cost is 30 cents per kilowatt hour. Parking spaces are also available directly in front of the house.

Connectivity and entertainment:
Benefit from fast Wi-Fi thanks to a fiber optic connection with a speed of 300 Mbit/s. Three 55-inch smart TVs are available for your entertainment.

Interior:
The ground floor includes an open living area with kitchen and a cozy dining area. The adjoining terrace with dining furniture and loungers invites you to relax outdoors. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms, each with a comfortable 180 cm double bed for restful nights. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet, a washing machine, and a dryer. An additional dressing room offers plenty of storage space for your clothes.

Outdoor area:
The terrace is equipped with a grill, a table and chairs, as well as loungers, ideal for sociable barbecue evenings. Garage:
You can safely store and charge your bicycles in the lockable garage.

Tourist tax:
The tourist tax is calculated according to the municipality of Dornum by person and duration and is invoiced separately.
To issue your spa cards, we need the full names, addresses, and dates of birth of all travelers. Please also send us an email address and your mobile phone number to which we can send the spa cards before your arrival.

during the period 15.03. - 31.10. Adults 3.40 euros/day, children from 3 - 15 years 2.10 euros/day.

Low season 01.11. - 14.03.:
Adults 1.70 euros/day, children from 3 - 15 years 1.00 euro/day.

Basic equipment and shopping facilities:
A basic supply of coffee, toilet paper, and detergent is available for your first days. Shopping facilities can be found at only approx. 500 meters distance.

A baby bed and a high chair are available. Please let us know if you need these during your stay.

Only one dog is allowed as a pet.
