Welcome to the Swedish House on the Moselsteig in Kail – your holiday home for relaxing vacation days for two or three! The detached house offers 65 m² of living space with a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine – ideal for self-caterers. In the light-flooded living area you can relax on the sofa, watch TV, or stay in touch with your loved ones thanks to free Wi-Fi. Connected to the living area is a small reading room with a sofa bed. A well-maintained bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet are also located on the ground floor. In the attic there is a large bedroom with a big double bed and a desk. The bedroom has an air conditioning unit, which ensures pleasant temperatures on warm days.
The large garden with well-kept lawn and shade-giving trees invites you to linger. On the terrace you can enjoy sunny hours or sociable barbecue evenings. A charcoal grill is available. For your vehicle, a garage and a parking space are provided. Washing machine and dryer are located in the basement and make longer stays uncomplicated.
Please note that towels are not provided. Upon request, we are happy to provide bed linen (cost: 6 euros per person per stay). The Swedish House on the Moselsteig is suitable for non-smokers only. Pets are not allowed. Whether for a short break or a longer stay – here you will find the perfect base to discover the Moselle region and feel completely at ease.

Only 9 kilometers away lies the charming Mosel town of Cochem with the "Reichsburg" and its historic old town, small shops, and cozy cafés. The central location offers all possibilities for an active holiday, from climbing the nearby Eltz and Pyrmont castles to city tours in Mayen, Koblenz, or Trier.
