What a nice house! The rooms are pleasant, welcoming Karin's welcome. Our children have enjoyed themselves immensely in and around the house, especially the trampoline was a huge success. The village is also very nice and functions as an excellent base. Small point we found the beds too hard, but yes, where is not? We will definitely come back again!

Very fine home! Very conveniently located in San Josep, within walking distance of grocery stores, nice restaurants and a few shops. The care and extra services of Karin (key manager and contact Belvilla Ibiza) were highly appreciated by us. Nice base for exploring the rest of Ibiza. Car or necessary.

We are five of us pretty much stayed at home and that was not a punishment. It was lovely to sit at the table by the pool. Here we also ate most breakfast, lunch and evening meals. The pool is lovely and clean, also the surrounding terrace and garden. Here you can really relax and you alleen.Binnen you can stay fine. The kitchen is good and the bathrooms are in order. The beds are so hard that not everyone slept very well. Also there is no air conditioning, something you might want to keep in mind if you stay during the hottest summer. This is pretty good fix on the windows "to keep open at night with the mosquito before. This works reasonably well, although a little bit of a hassle since it does not regard the newest stuff, but it does also have z" s charms. We stayed here in early June and found to do well. There are two supermarkets close by. Internet does not work livliest.

We had a great holiday, a week .... but a wonderful week. There is no negative point that we can identify. Everything was to present in detail. Judge for yourself and go explore it!

The house has loved it, the pool and the beautiful garden grounds was super cool. Karin von Belvilla was very friendly and uncomplicated. The only 3 criticisms goods partially very lousy smell forward at poolside dining outdoors at the grill quite uncomfortable and unpraktisch- When check out was the owner, that we buy him a new microwave, because there was once a short circuit, as we warmed tortillas. The microwave is in the 90s and he wanted to € 200! We then agreed with Euro 40, as we had on the airport!
