Description
The Butenland house is a detached property on a large garden plot.
All rooms are on one level, covering a spacious 115 m². In the very large, light-flooded living room with dining area, you will find the leather sofa, the 65-inch TV with soundbar, the solid wood table with six chairs, the stove, various seating areas, and access to the south terrace. In the modern fitted kitchen there is a large induction hob, an oven at eye level, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, and extensive equipment for cooking and baking.
The bathroom is equipped with a large, walk-in shower/rain shower. A second, separate WC is available.
The house offers two bedrooms, each with a double bed (180 x 200 cm and 160 x 200 cm).
A private parking space (two parking spots) makes arrival convenient. A baby bed and a high chair are available for families. Washing machine, iron, and hairdryer make everyday life easier.
Haus Butenland is a non-smoking house and, with parquet/wooden floors, offers a particularly allergy-friendly living environment. The high-quality furnishings emphasize the stylish ambiance.
The holiday home is located on a 1400 m² plot with a natural garden on different levels. The garden/the property is therefore not barrier-free.

The house is located in the center of Dangast.
The beach, restaurants, and shopping facilities can be reached on foot in 5 minutes.
Dangast, the idyllic North Sea resort on the Wadden Sea, is known as the oldest seaside resort for its special location on a geest ridge, where forest and sea lie close together. Leisure activities in/around Dangast:
- Bathing beach with beach chairs
- Mudflat walks through the UNESCO World Natural Heritage Wadden Sea (at low tide)
- DasGastQuellbad with natural brine spring
- Cycling and hiking tours along the North Sea coast and into the green surroundings with marsh, moor, and geest
- Frisian cuisine with regional specialties, fish sandwiches, and rhubarb cake.
The town center of Varel can be reached after 7 km. The adjacent Varel harbor offers a special atmosphere through the mix of harbor, businesses, restaurants, and cafés.
Along the North Sea coast there are various small harbor towns and sluices that invite you to take excursions and walks on the dike.

Very gladly again!
We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful holiday home on the North Sea. We particularly liked the quiet location – here you can really unwind and enjoy relaxation. At the same time, shopping facilities, restaurants, attractions, and the beach are quickly and conveniently accessible.
The house is lovingly and tastefully furnished and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. One immediately notices that the hosts have put a lot of thought into it: The furnishings are complete, practical, and very comfortable. We lacked nothing.
From the first moment, we felt at home and were able to enjoy our vacation to the fullest. A perfect place to experience the North Sea and let the soul dangle. We would love to come back and can recommend this holiday home without reservation!

Butenland is a Low German word. Buten means outside or beyond. The islanders of the East Frisian islands use it to refer to those who no longer live on the island, but outside, that is, on the mainland. Our family consists on the one hand of "emigrated" islanders and on the other hand of "country people," raised among meadows, sheep, and cows. Dangast is the meeting point of land and sea, water and meadows.
