This cozy 6-person chalet is perfectly positioned—either near the marina with tranquil water views or close to a fun playground in the heart of the park. Surrounded by greenery and just steps from the Prinses Margriet Canal, the property invites you to relax, reconnect, and recharge. With your own private terrace and garden furniture, it’s the perfect spot for al fresco meals or morning coffee in the sun.

Inside, the chalet offers a warm, welcoming layout with a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, and three thoughtfully designed bedrooms—one with a double bed, one with twin beds, and one with a bunk bed that kids will love. The full bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and washbasin. Central heating keeps the home cozy all year round, and you'll enjoy free access to the park’s indoor pool—a favorite among families!

Furry friends are welcome too! The nearby canal paths are perfect for long dog walks, and local boat rentals let you bring your pup along for a scenic cruise. The Bergumermeer is an ideal holiday park for water sports lover. The park has a marina with a boat launch. You can take your boat with your on holiday! If you don't have your own boat, there is the option to hire a (sail)boat or sloop, so that you can enjoy the beauty of Friesland from the water. The park has plenty of facilities. You can enjoy the covered water and play paradise most of the year.

The location on Lake Bergumer and the Princess Margriet Canal provide a perfect base for boat trips. You can also visit characteristic villages and charming cities such as Leeuwarden (approx. 21km away). There is also the De Alde Feanen national park with its many lakes, fen ponds, reed beds and marsh forests which is really worth a visit. If you want to try something else, how about a day trip to one of the Frisian Islands. Planning a day schedule won't be a problem.

The Bergumermeer holiday park is a true paradise for water sports lovers, but the facilities (such as the covered swimming pool) and surroundings make this holiday park suitable for the entire family.

Wifi is free to use with 2 devices at the same time: you will receive a code on arrival.

The swimming pool is open from 1 April to 31 October. Certain facilities are not / only limited or open during the low season.

The deposit for the barrier key is 20 EUR per accommodation.

Reservations made by companies for their own employees are always on request. If the reservation is approved then the following rules will be applied: a maximum of 1 employee per bedroom, every two weeks an extra final cleaning is calculated, every two weeks new bed linen is calculated.
