Everything was simply fantastic! ?? We were asked if we would like to be rebooked to the Kuschelhotel Loipersdorf. At first, I had concerns since I was traveling with my daughter, but it was a true dream, Kuschelhotel: Everything was spotless! The staff was extremely friendly. The spa area is wonderfully beautiful. The location is simply lovely. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the dinner a delight. The rooms are exceptionally designed.

The accommodation of the bicycles was somewhat impractical in the gymnasium, as the underground garage is currently being renovated. The coffee in the afternoon as part of the half-board was very pleasant. The sauna is nice and the selection at dinner is excellent. The staff was friendly and always helpful.

There was absolutely nothing to complain about! The evening buffet was simply excellent for an extra charge, which was especially important since the surroundings are rather dull culinary-wise. As for the room, we received an upgrade to a fantastic suite that was even equipped with an infrared cabin and a jacuzzi! Particularly noteworthy is the extremely friendly reception and the warm farewell. It felt like we were visiting old acquaintances.
