The accommodation is pet-friendly and features free internet as well as partial air conditioning. Ideal for anyone seeking peace and wanting to experience the nature around Sveti Lovreč.

Location
The accommodation is located in the small village of Susnjici near Sveti Lovreč, surrounded by a picturesque green landscape. The nearest town with various shopping facilities and restaurants is about four kilometres away, while the crystal-clear sea with its diverse beaches is around eleven kilometres away. Ideal for nature lovers and anyone wishing to relax away from the hustle and bustle.

Special
The accommodation includes a large, partially fenced garden covering an area of 4,000 m², featuring a communal 44 m² pool, a children’s swing, and an oak woodland inviting play. A covered summer kitchen with barbecue and seating is available to all guests. Additionally, each apartment has its own parking space directly in front of the house. The owners live on the upper floor of the house. Hygiene is ensured through disinfection measures between stays, and an outdoor shower is also available.

Distances
The town centre of Sveti Lovreč is about 11 kilometres away, as are the nearest beaches, which are characterised by their rocks, pebbles and larger slabs of rock. Shops, pharmacies, banks, restaurants and a bus stop are 4 kilometres away. Pula Airport is around 50 kilometres away and the ferry port of Brestova about 60 kilometres. Further leisure options such as tennis courts, mini golf and bicycle hire are available at around 11 kilometres.

Division
The holiday apartment is designed for two people and offers one bedroom with a double bed. The living area is open-plan and equipped with a small kitchen. A bathroom with a shower and toilet completes the accommodation, which also features a covered terrace with a view of the garden.

Room
The kitchen is functionally equipped with a cooker, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster, as well as crockery and cutlery. The bathroom features a shower with hot water. In the living room there is a small dining table available, as well as a television with satellite channels. Free Wi-Fi is available, and the flat is partially air-conditioned.

House rules
The accommodation is pet-friendly, but only by prior arrangement with the agency and for an additional fee. Check-in is from 3:00 pm, check-out is by 10:00 am. Safety is ensured with a first-aid kit, and disinfection measures are carried out between guest turnovers. Public transport is not available nearby, but arrival by car or boat is easily possible.
