Location
The villa is only 1 kilometre from the town centre and offers a breathtaking view of the famous hill of Motovun, a symbol of Istria. The nearest beaches are 25 kilometres away, and shops are reachable within just 500 metres.

Special
The villa offers numerous amenities, including air conditioning in all rooms, Wi-Fi, a private pool, and garden furniture. A welcome pack, a washing machine, as well as a baby cot service are also available. All of this makes your stay particularly pleasant.

Dogs
allowed, EUR 15.00/pet per day.

Distances
The distance to the airport is approximately 48 kilometres, and the nearest ferry is 70 kilometres away. Various leisure options, such as restaurants and bars, are located in the immediate vicinity, within 500 to 1000 metres.

Division
The villa extends over three floors and offers a generous living area of 259 m². On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and an air-conditioned living room with access to the pool and terrace. There is also a separate WC. The first floor houses two air-conditioned double bedrooms with their own shower rooms and a shared terrace. On the second floor there are a further two air-conditioned double bedrooms with en-suite showers.

Room
There are a total of four bathrooms with a shower, without separate toilets, and a hairdryer is also provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, fridge, freezer, coffee machine as well as crockery and cutlery.

House rules
The cancellation conditions are clearly defined and safety instructions must be strictly observed. Pets are only allowed by prior arrangement with the host, and smoking is permitted in the accommodation. Check-in is from 16:00, while check-out must be completed by 10:00.

Included in the price: iron, internet access, air conditioning, safe, washing machine, electricity, gas, water, heating, final cleaning, bed linen.
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): registration fee obligatory 12,50 € per object per stay (01.01.26-01.01.27).
