The holiday home, built in 1900 and renovated in 2006 is a semi-detached house and in the typical country style furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over a panorama from the property and the quiet and sunny location. For sole use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and court.

Motovun. The holiday home is located on a 350 sqm, open garden plot with meadow and trees. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot on the property.
