Built in 1900 and renovated in 2006, the holiday home is a semi-detached house furnished in the typical local style. The property is located in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property of the panorama and the quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: lawn for sunbathing, sunshade, deck chair, children's playground, swing, garden shower, barbecue facility, terrace, garden furniture, and courtyard.

Motovun. The holiday home is located on a 350 sqm open garden plot with lawn, shrubs, and trees. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking on the property.

All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to mid-September, 3.5 m x 7.3 m, 1.5 m deep).

Separate WC with 1 washbasin and WC.
1st Floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed, TV and access to the balcony. Bedroom with 1 double bed and TV. 2 bathrooms each with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
2nd Floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and TV. Bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 additional bed on couch/sofa, TV and access to the balcony. 2 bathrooms each with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.

The house and garden are well maintained, the pool area is really nice. The large kitchen offers enough space. Absolutely quiet location, yet you can be in Motovun in 10 minutes.
Landlords very friendly and although they live next door you have absolute privacy.
We felt very comfortable.
