The holiday apartment Adelia 2 accommodates up to four people and impresses with a quiet location in Sveti Lovreč. A large garden with swimming pool and barbecue invites you to enjoy relaxing hours outdoors. The immediate surroundings are characterised by unspoilt nature and rocky beaches approximately 11 kilometres away. Internet access and air conditioning provide modern comfort during your stay.

Location
The accommodation is located in the small village of Susnjici near Poreč, in a quiet rural setting. Shops, restaurants and other amenities can be found about four kilometres away. The centre of Sveti Lovreč is roughly 11 kilometres away as the crow flies, as are the rocky beaches of the Adriatic. The nearest larger city with an airport is Pula, around 50 kilometres away, while the national park is just under 45 kilometres away.

Special
The flat features partially air-conditioned amenities (for a fee), free Wi-Fi and satellite TV. The property includes a spacious, partially fenced garden of 4,000 m² with a shared swimming pool of 44 m². Parking spaces are available directly in front of the house. A covered summer kitchen with barbecue and seating is available to all guests. For families, there is a children’s swing and an adjacent oak forest for playing. The landlord lives on the upper floor of the house.

Distances
From the house, the distance to the town centre is about 11 kilometres. The nearest beach is also around 11 kilometres away and is characterised by a rocky and stony coastline. You can reach a marketplace, a pharmacy, a bank, a post office, restaurants and bars after around four kilometres. The nearest airport, near Pula, is approximately 50 kilometres away, and you can reach the ferry port of Brestova after about 60 kilometres.

Division
The 40 m² holiday apartment on the ground floor consists of a combined living and kitchen area with a dining table and a pull-out sofa bed for two people, as well as a bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. A covered terrace with seating invites you to linger.

Room
The flat is equipped with a fully fitted kitchen with cooker, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The bathroom has a shower and a hairdryer. In the living area there is a pull-out sofa providing two additional sleeping places. Crockery and cutlery are of course provided.

House rules
Smoking is permitted in the accommodation. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement and for a fee. Check-in is from 15:00, check-out by 10:00. Regular disinfection between stays and an available first-aid kit ensure safety and hygiene.
