Residence Adelia 1 accommodates up to four guests and impresses with a quiet location amidst beautiful nature. A refreshing outdoor pool and a barbecue area invite you to relax and enjoy sociable gatherings. The accommodation is well equipped with air conditioning, internet, and a washing machine. Pets are warmly welcomed by arrangement.

Location
The accommodation is located in the small village of Susnjici, near the town of Sveti Lovreč. The surroundings are characterised by green areas and a large, partially fenced garden that invites you to linger. Just 4 kilometres away you will find shops, restaurants and other services. The rocky and varied beach on the coast is about 11 kilometres away, ideal for day trips to the crystal-clear sea.

Special
The accommodation is partially air-conditioned and features free Wi-Fi as well as a washing machine. A large 4,000 m² garden is available for all guests to share, as is a 44 m² outdoor pool. A lovingly designed outdoor area with a covered summer kitchen including a barbecue and seating invites you to linger sociably. For families, there is a children’s swing and a nearby oak forest as a natural playground. On-site parking is available, and extra safety is ensured by first-aid equipment and thorough disinfection after each guest stay.

Distances
The town centre of Sveti Lovreč is around 11 kilometres away, as are the nearest beach and various leisure facilities such as tennis courts and a mini-golf course. Pula Airport is approximately 50 kilometres away, while the ferry port of Brestova is about 60 kilometres away. Shopping facilities, restaurants, pharmacies and banks can be reached in approximately 4 kilometres.

Division
The ground-floor flat measures 60 m² and consists of a living room with an integrated, fully equipped kitchen and a dining table. A pull-out sofa bed provides sleeping accommodation for one person. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed and opens onto a terrace. Another smaller room has a bunk bed. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and a WC.

Room
The apartment has a bathroom with a shower and toilet as well as a hairdryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and the necessary crockery and cutlery. The living area also offers a television with satellite channels.

House rules
A deposit of 100 euros must be paid on arrival and will be refunded on the day of departure if the accommodation is returned without damage. Pets are allowed by prior arrangement and for an additional fee. Check-in is from 3:00 pm, check-out is by 10:00 am. The accommodation is handed over cleaned upon arrival.
