The accommodation is located in Montižana, just 10 km from Poreč and the nearest beaches. Nearby you will find numerous wineries and cycling routes, as well as shops and restaurants that are only 3 km away.

Special
The villa is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms and offers free Wi-Fi. You also have your own barbecue, garden furniture and an outdoor shower at your disposal. Self check-in is possible, and there is ample parking for up to two vehicles.

allowed, EUR 10.00/pet per day.

Distances
The nearest beach is 10 km away, as is the city centre of Poreč. The nearest shopping facilities and restaurants can be reached after just 3 km. Pula Airport is 50 km away.

Division
The accommodation extends over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find an air-conditioned living room with access to the terrace and garden, a fireplace, and a sofa that can be used as a sleeping option for two people. The fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and a separate WC is also located on the ground floor. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds, each with its own bathroom and access to a shared balcony with a view of the olive grove and the sea.

Room
The villa has two bathrooms with showers as well as an additional WC. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes all cooking utensils as well as modern appliances such as a dishwasher, a fridge and a coffee machine.

The cancellation of the booking is subject to certain conditions.

Youth groups are not allowed in the accommodation.
