Description

Casa Arsini accommodates up to eight guests and captivates with its modern and rustic style. A private hot tub, the large covered terrace area, as well as the idyllic garden ensure relaxing holiday days. The nature around Poreč invites excursions, and the picturesque pebble and rocky beaches are only a few kilometres away. Internet access and barbecue facilities provide a comfortable stay in a peaceful setting.

Location
The renovated stone house is located in the village of Dračevac, approximately nine kilometres from Poreč and the Adriatic Sea. The immediate surroundings are characterised by a green landscape, while the centre of Poreč with restaurants and shopping facilities can be reached at around eight kilometres. The location is ideal for excursions into unspoilt nature and for discovering the historic town of Poreč.

Special
The house features partially heated space heating and air conditioning in all rooms. Amenities include satellite TV, Wi-Fi, an iron, a washing machine and bed linen. The well-maintained 250 m² outdoor area is bordered by a hedge or a fence and equipped with garden furniture. A private parking space for two vehicles is available directly in front of the house. Cleaning on arrival, as well as disinfection and linen care, are carried out in accordance with the guidelines of the local authorities. A convenient self check-in is offered and the host lives nearby.

Distances
The city centre of Poreč is about eight kilometres away, as are the nearest beach and various leisure activities such as diving, tennis and mini golf. The entrance to the national park is approximately 50 kilometres away. An airport is located around 55 kilometres away, as is the nearest ferry port in Brestova. Shopping facilities, pharmacies and public transport are also available within an eight-kilometre radius.

Division
The accommodation extends over two floors with a living area of 120 m². On the upper floor there are three bedrooms: two double rooms, one of which has a French bed, and a twin room. Each room is designed for two people. The sanitary facilities include three bathrooms with showers, two of which each have their own bathroom with shower and toilet. On the ground floor there is also a separate guest WC.

Room
The house has three modern bathrooms with showers as well as an additional guest WC with a washbasin. The kitchenette is fully equipped with an oven, hobs, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. Two additional sleeping places are located in the living or dining area. A hairdryer is also provided.

House rules
Check-in is possible from 4 pm, and check-out should be completed by 10 am. During the stay, the house rules must be observed to ensure a pleasant and safe atmosphere. Timely and binding booking is recommended to ensure availability.

Terms of lease and prices:
Included in the price: iron, internet access, air conditioning, washing machine, electricity, gas, water, heating, final cleaning, bed linen.
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): registration fee obligatory 12,50 € per object per stay (01.01.26-01.01.27).

Deposit: EUR 200,-/object.
