Villa Bino & Maria accommodates up to four people and impresses with its private outdoor pool and tranquil location. Guests can enjoy the idyllic nature and the nearby beaches with sand, pebbles and rocks just 11 kilometres away. Inside, modern amenities including heating, air conditioning, internet access and a washing machine ensure maximum comfort. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement, making your holiday particularly flexible.

Location
The villa is located in the village of Šušnjići near Sveti Lovreč, about eleven kilometres from Poreč and its diverse bathing opportunities. Restaurants, shops, as well as a pharmacy, post office and bars are conveniently reachable at around four kilometres. The nearest beach is also eleven kilometres away and is characterised by a varied coastline. The location is ideal for discovering the unspoilt nature and the green surroundings.

Special
The villa is situated on a fully fenced 400-square-metre plot with garden furniture and an outdoor shower. A 40-square-metre outdoor pool and a covered summer kitchen with dining area invite you to relax. The property is partially equipped with heating and air conditioning and offers satellite TV, Wi-Fi, a washing machine and an iron. Hygiene and safety measures, such as disinfection between stays and a first-aid kit, are in place. A contactless self check-in via reception ensures a hassle-free arrival.

Distances
The town centre is about eleven kilometres away, as is the nearest beach, which features a combination of sand, pebbles, larger rocks and concrete slabs. Restaurants, bars, pharmacies and a post office can be reached in approximately four kilometres. Pula is the nearest airport, about fifty kilometres away. Access to the national park is around fifty kilometres, while there is no public transport available locally. The house has private parking directly in front of the property.

Division
The villa is designed for two to four people and features a bedroom with a double bed as well as a bathroom with a shower and WC. The bright, open-plan living area combines living and dining rooms with a modern kitchenette. From here, you can go directly into the garden and to the pool, which makes the space particularly inviting and generously proportioned.

Room
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and has a hairdryer. The kitchen is fully fitted with a hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and dishwasher. In addition, up to two extra sleeping options are available in the living or dining area.

House rules
Check-in is possible from 16:00, and check-out should be completed by 10:00. Pets are allowed by prior arrangement and can be registered with the landlord for an additional fee. Standard safety and hygiene measures apply, and disinfection takes place between guest stays.

Included in the price: iron, internet access, air conditioning, washing machine, electricity, gas, water, heating, final cleaning, bed linen.
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): registration fee obligatory 12,50 € per object per stay (01.01.26-01.01.27, 01.01.27-01.01.28).
