Location
The villa is located just 500 metres from the centre of Rogoznica, where you will find numerous restaurants and bars. The nearest beach is only 40 metres away and features pebbles and concrete slabs. A market is reachable within 300 metres, and the bus stop is about one kilometre away. The nearest ferry terminal in Split is approximately 40 kilometres away. Within a range of up to one kilometre, you will also find pharmacies, an ambulance service, and exchange offices.

Special
The property features a 500-square-metre garden with garden furniture. For your safety and health, all bed linen and cleaning are maintained in accordance with local guidelines, and disinfection is carried out between guests. Hand sanitiser and face masks are available on site, and staff also regularly measure temperatures. The hosts strictly adhere to all safety protocols of the local and national authorities, as well as the recommendations of the European Holiday Home Association (EHHA). A first-aid kit is available. The cleaning service can optionally be cancelled on request during the stay. Amenities include a DVD player, iron, washing machine, partial air conditioning, satellite TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The accommodation is easily accessible by car or boat and offers a straightforward self check-in with a personal greeting by the host.

The town centre is only 500 metres away, while the nearest beach with pebbles and concrete slabs is situated just 40 metres from the doorstep. The market is 300 metres away, and the nearest bus stop is about 1,000 metres away. You can reach the ferry to Split after 40 kilometres. Pharmacies and medical services are also easily accessible within 600 to 1,000 metres, as are bars and restaurants at around 500 metres.

Division
The villa offers a total of eight sleeping places, distributed across four double rooms each with a double bed. Each room is designed for two people and provides pleasant comfort for a relaxing stay.

Room
A total of five modern bathrooms with showers are available, complemented by fully equipped kitchen areas with hob, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and freezer compartment. A coffee machine and ample crockery as well as cutlery are also provided. Four additional sleeping options are located in the living, dining or kitchen area. A hairdryer is also available.

House rules
On the day of arrival, a deposit of 500 euros must be paid. This will be refunded on the day of departure if the accommodation is in undamaged condition. The house rules and safety measures are based on the requirements of the local authorities and the European Holiday Home Association (EHHA).
