The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property over the sea and its sunny location by the water. Rogoznica. The villa is located on a 500 sqm enclosed woodland plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking on the property.

Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to early October, 6 m x 4 m, 1.5 m deep).
