Spacious living and lounge area with pull-out couch and 32" flat screen TV with satellite reception, including air conditioning and internet via W-LAN. Modern, fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob and microwave. Bathroom with shower and WC. All windows with insect nets and electric shutters. Furnished balcony with sea view for breakfast in the fresh morning air and comfortable seating. Approx. 40m from the bathing beaches. Supermarkets, fruit/vegetable market, restaurants, bars, entertainment nearby. Free pick-up on arrival from Split airport, 25km away, or return journey possible by arrangement.

Location and surroundings of object
In the mild Mediterranean climate, Rogoznica, with its 2700 hours of sunshine, stands out from other tourist areas in Croatia. The average annual temperature is 16 degrees and the summer temperatures reach more than 30 degrees. The temperature of the crystal clear water in summer is 25 degrees. The house is located in a settlement built along the coast, which stretches over a hill. The water is warmer than average due to the location in the bay, there are hardly any waves. There are numerous shopping facilities about 500m away. Another 500m away is the centre with restaurants, bars and entertainment facilities.
Possibilities for diving courses with complete equipment as well as big fishing are available. Rogoznica is a small fishing village between Split and Šibenik. The place is located on a small island called Kopara. This is connected to the mainland by an approximately 500-metre-long causeway and has since expanded there. As early as 1390, there are records of people settling on this coastal strip and thus founding the village. Today, Rogoznica has about 800 inhabitants and is increasingly oriented towards tourism, as fishing is becoming less and less lucrative. The sights of the village include the Dragon's Eye Lake and the newly built Marina Frapa.

First class spontaneous holiday
After only one hour flight from Frankfurt in sunny Croatia, top holiday flat, quiet location, beautiful beach with crystal clear water "directly in front of the house". Long distance view over the bay of Rogoznica. Top restaurants within a short distance without a car with delicious Croatian dishes. Nice landlords who leave nothing to be desired. First address for a relaxing holiday with all comforts.

Simply beautiful...
We spent a relaxing and memorable holiday in a lovely area. Very nice, friendly and helpful landlords who always had advice. The neighbourhood is very friendly by the way. A very well equipped holiday flat overlooking the quiet bay of Rogoznica. The three bicycles were always at our disposal, which we also used daily. The shopping facilities are absolutely fine (fresh fruit, freshly caught fish, newspaper kiosk, bank, pharmacy and markets) Many cosy restaurants and a pretty marina " Frapa" invite you to linger. By car you can quickly reach Trogir, Split or Primosten. So we will definitely come back again😉

the accommodation was very good, everything was there, furnished according to German standards, very clean, the landlords extremely nice and caring, speak perfect German,
only slightly difficult to drive in the village for inexperienced drivers, very narrow romantic alleyways and paths.

The perfect dream vacation
9 days of absolute relaxation in a first-class vacation rental; the landlords can rather be called "host parents", we were welcomed very warmly and always received support gladly when questions arose. The fantastic location of the apartment, the proximity to the Adriatic Sea, the bicycles available (with which we were able to easily reach all the nearby places, such as the marina, bathing bays, restaurants, street cafes, tourist office with internet for printing boarding passes and car rental) made this stay an unforgettable experience for us! Remarkable was that every day we were made to feel like welcome guests through kind words and gestures - this applies to both the landlords and the neighbors. THANK YOU

free time activities: Bootstouren, bummeln und essen gehen, schnorcheln, schwimmen und plantschen, Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung (z.B. Krka-Wasserfälle, Trogir (!), mit dem Mietwagen gut und schnell erreichbar.

Simply beautiful!
A highly recommended vacation apartment in a great setting with everything you need for a successful vacation. Everything necessary and more is available in the village, quickly accessible on foot or by the provided bicycles. The apartment is clean according to our "thorough German" standards, and you immediately feel comfortable. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired, even a hairdryer, towels, toilet paper, dish soap, etc. are abundantly available. Very helpful and hospitable landlords who have provided us with valuable tips. You can simply relax!

Vicinity of the holiday home: Sehr schöne Lage der Wohnung nach zwei Seiten mit Meerblick. Wirklich unmittelbar am sauberen, türkisblauen Meer mit unzähligen super Stränden. Im Wohn- bzw. Ferienhausgebiet, daher ruhig. Schöne Herausforderung für gute Autofahrer, da Parkplatzanfahrt durch enge Gasse!
free time activities: Im Ort etliche Restaurants, Cafes, täglich Markt und Ausflugsangebote. Alles sehr beschaulich in der Nebensaison, kein Rummelort. Schöner Jachthafen, gute Rad- bzw. Wandermöglichkeiten mit herrlichen Aussichtspunkten. Guter Ausgangspunkt zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Krka Wasserfälle, Trogir, Split etc.
shopping facilities: Mehrere kleine Supermärkte fußläufig erreichbar, Gemüse- und Fischmarkt, Bäckereien, Metzger, Bank, Post, Souvenirläden etc. am Ort. Für größere Einkäufe empfiehlt sich Lidl in Trogir.

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub bei sehr freundlichen deutsch sprechenden Vermietern und auch noch kinderlieb und sehr behilflich bei allem.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Die Ferienwohnung hat eine Top Lage sehr ruhig gelegen und wirklich nur 40Meter vom Strand
free time activities: Für Ausflüge in die Umgebung genauso ideal nach Split und Trogir oder Primosten oder Krka Wasserfälle nicht weit mit dem Auto zu fahren
shopping facilities: Der Supermarkt ist mit dem Fahhrad das die Vermieter kostenlos zur Verfügung stellen nur wenige Fahrminuten von der Wohnung entfernt . Dort gibt es auch noch einen Wochenmarkt und einige Geschäfte und Restaurants ideal auch zu Fuß zu erreichen
