The villa is centrally located in Betina on the island of Murter. Nearby shops and restaurants are conveniently within walking distance. The nearest beach is only 50 metres away and invites you to enjoy relaxing hours by the water. Public transport connections are also good, allowing you to explore the surrounding area with ease.

The accommodation features partial air conditioning and heating, which are available for a fee.
