Villa Summertime on the island of Murter accommodates up to four people and is located just 50 metres from the splendid pebble and concrete slab beaches. Enjoy the tranquillity without crowds, prepare delicious meals on the barbecue, and relax on the sunny terrace or in the spacious garden. The ideal surroundings invite you to a relaxing holiday with excursions into unspoilt nature.

Location
The accommodation is located in Betina, just 130 metres from the town centre. Right nearby you will find a market 40 metres away and a bus stop 130 metres away. The pebbly and concrete slab beaches are only 50 metres away and offer perfect access to the sea. Other amenities such as pharmacies, restaurants and a marina are within easy walking distance.

Special
The villa is cleaned and disinfected according to local authority guidelines, including the removal of shared items such as brochures and magazines. Hand sanitiser and a first aid kit are available. A baby cot is available for families on request. The 35-square-metre garden, an 8-square-metre terrace, and an outdoor shower invite you to linger. Parts of the accommodation are equipped with air conditioning and heating, with a fee applying for heating. Smoking is permitted. Parking spaces are available 150 to 300 metres away and are monitored. Self-arrival by car or boat is easily possible, with boat moorings available only by prior arrangement.

From the house it is 130 metres to the town centre, 40 metres to the market and 150 metres to the pharmacy. The bus stop is 130 metres away, the beach is only 50 metres away. Zadar Airport is about 50 kilometres away, the nearest ferry is in Šibenik. The nearest leisure options such as a diving school can be reached after 250 metres, and the distance to Kornati National Park is around 8 kilometres.

Division
The accommodation provides space for two people on the ground floor and features a bedroom with two single beds. Additional sleeping options are available in the living or dining area for two more guests.

Room
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and has a hairdryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, kettle and microwave. Crockery and cutlery are also provided.

House rules
Arrival is possible from 14:00, departure should take place by 11:00. During the stay, all local and national safety protocols as well as the guidelines of the European Holiday Home Association (EHHA) must be observed. Hosts are obliged to implement these regulations. A cleaning service can also be cancelled on request.
