Description
You will find a typical, fully renovated Tuscan farmhouse, composed of the owner's part and two comfortably furnished apartments for our guests. Outside, there is a lot of space for relaxing, with swimming pool, track for bowls, barbecue, pizza oven, big stones that serve as tables and seats, with a panoramic view of the Val di Cornia until the sea and the Island of Elba.
THE APARTMENT LE VOLTE of 70 sqm is located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to five adults and one child. It is composed of:
-living room with double sofa bed and a fireplace that heats with hot air the entire apartment
-bedroom with double bed and single bed with vaulted ceiling. The living room and the bed room are separated by an arch with curtain
-bathroom and anteroom with washbasin
-kitchen – dining room with door toward the swimming pool

Location and surroundings of object
Our farm is located in a peaceful area over the Cornia Valley, between Volterra, Massa Marittima, Cecina and Follonica, nearby the hamlet of Lagoni Rossi in the municipality of Pomarance. The nearest village is Lustignano (7km), a nice medieval place with shopping facility, post office and restaurant.
Part of our land that embraces 28 ha is cultivated with fruit- and olive-trees, and a good part, covered with wood and typical mediterranean scrub with a rich fauna, invites to be explored. San Guglielmo is an ideal starting point for visiting localities with touristic, historical and cultural interest, as well as the geothermal areas around Larderello. Nature reserves, archeological parks and beautiful beaches are easy to reach. In the nearby villages that have preserved their original characteristics you will find excellent restaurants with typical Tuscan cuisine and delicious wines. We are surrounded by renowned wine-growing regions.

We would have liked to stay at least one more week
Thank you Monika and Christian, we had a wonderful holiday with you. We would have loved to stay longer. And I don't think we need to say any more.
Our recommendation for getting there - the last 1.5 km could be a bit difficult for cars with lowered seats. Nature trail also means nature trail ?

An unforgettable time
A time I would like to experience again in the same way. It's a place where you can relax and lie back. Or go on an adventure. So there is something for everyone. The landlords are indescribably nice, obliging, friendly, helpful, and much more. I say indescribable

We spent two wonderful weeks with our children (10, 7, 4) at Monika and Christian’s place. The holiday apartment is simply great, very clean, and well-equipped. The pool is a dream, and we fondly remember our vacation. Monika and Christian are super nice hosts. We won’t forget the pizza evenings. Thanks for the lovely time!

Pure nature
Lovely, very beautiful holiday flat. Everything has been thought of in the furnishings and equipment. There were delicious homemade jams and olive oil from our own cultivation. The landlords were very attentive and helpful (thanks again to Christian, who got our spare parts for the broken car as quickly as possible :-). The location is very quiet, the landscape beautiful. Many well-known excursion destinations in Tuscany can be reached in about 1 hour.
On the last evening of our stay we were invited to homemade pizza by Monika and Christian. Delicious from the wood-fired oven, not to be outdone!

Wir kommen aufjedenfall nochmal!!!
Am letzten Abend unseres Aufenthaltes wurden wir zu selbstgemachter Pizza von Monika und Christian eingeladen. Lecker aus dem Holzofen, nicht zu überbieten!
Wir gehören zu den Urlaubern, die am Ende des Urlaubs auch immer gerne wieder nach Hause zurückfahren, aber das war dieses Mal irgendwie gar nicht so einfach. Vielleicht beschreibt es das am besten :-)

Prachtige accommodatie in een groene, rustige natuur. Alles wat men nodig heeft, is aanwezig en de eigenaars zijn zeer vriendelijke behulpzame mensen. Als men van de natuur houdt en afstand geen probleem is, is dit een klein paradijs waar men tot rust kan komen.

unser spannender Kultur-, Strand-, Insel-, Natur-, Sonnen- und Erholungsurlaub wurde durch die erstklassige FEWO "LeVolte" und durch die beiden charmanten und freundlichen Vermieter Monika und Christian gekrönt. Das war wie ein 6er im Lotto!
Die sehr gute Ausstattung der FEWO, der große Grill, ein perfekt gepflegter Swimmingpool, ein wohlerzogener und freundlicher Hund >Lex< - der auch nachts immer auf uns aufgepasst hat...
Es blieben einfach keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen dieses Haus ohne jegliche Einschränkung!

Die Wohnung ist mit alles ausgestattet was man so braucht.
Es ist alles sehr sauber!!!!!!!
Wir haben bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt keine Vermieter einer Ferienwohnung getroffen, die so herzlich und kontaktfreudig aber gleichzeitig auch so zurückhaltend sind wie Monika und Christian.
Einfach Urlaub in einer Ferienwohnung mit Vollausstattung. Besser geht es kaum.
Vielen herzlichen Dank und gerne wieder.
Tolle saubere Wohnung, ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht.
Außenanlage sehr gepflegt und der Pool wurde täglich gesäubert. Monika sowie Christian hatten immer ein offenes Ohr für uns und waren hilfsbereit wo es nur ging. Trotzdem aber waren wir für uns.
Landschaftlich ein Traum. Wer Ruhe sucht und einfach ausspannen möchte ist in Guglielmo genau richtig. Zum Strand eine gute halbe Stunde und dort ausreichende Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ein Urlaubsziel für "jung und alt". Kulturell bietet die Toskana mehr als genug.
Kurz gesagt: Wir haben uns mehr als wohl gefühlt und werden auch wieder kommen. Ganz lieben Dank, Dir Monika und Christian noch für den tollen und lustigen Pizzaabend. Auch Euer Hund Alex ist fantastisch.
