Description

Totally unwind at the beautiful, small-scale Villapark Anzelhoef in Sint Maartenszee. In only 10 cycling minutes, you can be on the beach and the forest is just a few minutes' walk away. In other words, the ideal base for a cycling or walking holiday near the sea or for a weekend break away.

Living and dining room
The living room is tastefully furnished with 2 sofas, 2 armchairs and a spacious coffee table. There is a cable TV with Dutch and German channels. The dining room has a spacious dining table with 6 chairs. A high chair is available in the accommodation.

Open kitchen
The open kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, nespresso coffee maker, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, 4-burner gas cooker and a microwave oven. A washing machine and dryer are available in the utility room.

Bedrooms
There are 4 bedrooms in the house. On the ground floor is 1 bedroom with two single beds (80x200cm). On the first floor are 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed (180x200cm). The second bedroom has two single beds (90x200cm), in this bedroom there is also a cot. The last bedroom is a small bedroom with a single bed (90x200cm). There is ample wardrobe space. All beds have single mattresses and single duvets. Please bring your own bed linen for the cot.

Please note: there are 7 beds, but the house is equipped for 6 persons.

Bathroom
On the ground floor is the bathroom, here is a shower cabin, toilet and sink. There is a second toilet on the first floor.

Garden
Through the garden door in the living room you enter the sunny garden, with a beautifully landscaped terrace with garden furniture. Barbecuing is only allowed on electricity or gas.

Parking
One car can be parked at the accommodation. Other cars can be parked in the general car park. It is not allowed to charge the electric car with electricity from the bungalow.

Het is een heel mooi schoon en rustig park. daarom hebben wij dit ook voor de vierde keer geboekt. Dicht bij de mooie zee en natuur. Prachtig om te fietsen. Ps. graag hadden wij in dit mooie huis een rookmelder en een brandblusser en tevens een koolmonoxide melder plaatsen

Wir kommen immer wieder gerne nach Sint Maartenszee, die Umgebung, die Leute, die Strände, wie sind immer wieder begeistert! Dieses Mal wollten wir uns eine teurere Luxusvilla leisten und unsere Erwartungen wurden leider enttäuscht. Wir werden im nächsten Jahr aber bestimmt wiederkommen und ein neues Haus ausprobieren!
