Description

Totally unwind at the beautiful, small-scale Villapark Anzelhoef in Sint Maartenszee. In 10 cycling minutes you are on the beach and the forest is just a few minutes' walk away. In short, the ideal base for a cycling or walking holiday near the sea or for a weekend break away.

Living and dining room
The living room is tastefully furnished with 2 sofas, 2 armchairs and a coffee table. There is a cable TV with Dutch and German channels. The dining room has a spacious dining table with 6 chairs. A high chair is available in the accommodation.

Open kitchen
The open kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, 4-burner gas cooker and a combi microwave oven. A washing machine and dryer are available in the utility room.

Bedrooms
The house has 3 bedrooms, all on the first floor. The first bedroom has a double bed (160x200cm). The second and third bedrooms both have two single beds (90x200cm). There is sufficient wardrobe space in the bedrooms. All beds have single mattresses and single duvets. A cot is available. Please bring your own bed linen for the cot. The room downstairs does not function as a bedroom. Here you will find a desk and a sofa.

Bathroom
On the ground floor is the bathroom, here is a shower cabin, toilet and sink. There is a second toilet on the first floor.

Garden
Through the garden door in the living room you enter the sunny garden, with a spacious lawn and a beautifully landscaped terrace with garden furniture and a separate sitting area with a picnic table. Barbecuing is allowed on electricity or gas.

Parking
At the accommodation there is space for 1 car to park. Any other cars can park in the general car park. It is not allowed to charge the electric car with electricity from the bungalow.

Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien! Vooral met een kind is het superfijn dat er een bedje en kinderstoel aanwezig was. Het was ook super dat er een wasmachine en droger stond. Het huisje biedt genoeg privacy en ligt heerlijk rustig! We komen volgend jaar graag weer!

Die Ausstattung (Möbel, Anzahl Geschirr, Haushaltsgeräte, Elektrogrill, usw.) sind im Haus Nr. 32 wirklich hervorragend. Ein großes Lob an den Eigentümer!!! Das Personal von Campanula ist sehr sehr freundlich, kompetent und immer hilfsbereit! Bis zum nächsten Mal!! Herzliche Grüße Familie Christeinicke
