Description

Welcome to the holiday home Meeresbrise in Damp on the Baltic Sea – your perfect home for relaxing vacation days. On 68 m², the house offers space for up to four guests and impresses with its lovingly decorated interior and warm atmosphere.

The open living room with integrated dining area is bright and friendly, equipped with large windows.
The living area with a large comfortable sofa, an armchair, and a flat-screen TV invites the whole family to linger. A desk is also available here.
Free Wi-Fi with a good connection is available in the house.

On the 1st floor are the two bedrooms. The larger room is equipped with a double bed (2 mattresses, each 90x200 cm), a wardrobe, and a television.
In the smaller bedroom there are two single beds (90x200 cm).
Both rooms have insect screens in front of the windows for a restful night.

Enjoy sunny hours in your own garden. On the terrace, a table and chairs invite you to dine outside, as well as a cozy seating area with beautiful lounge furniture.

For our little guests, a baby travel cot with a proper mattress (70x120 cm), a high chair, and a handcart are available. The staircase on the first floor can be secured with a stair gate.

The kitchen offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. It is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, electric kettle, dishwasher, as well as sufficient dishes and cooking utensils.

A private parking space is available to you at a distance of approx. 100 meters.

The Baltic Sea Resort Damp is a holiday paradise directly by the sea, which is especially suitable for families, couples, and active vacationers.
It is located on the Schwansen peninsula between Eckernförde and Kappeln and offers a combination of beach holidays, wellness, and leisure activities.

Our holiday home is only about 600 meters from the long sandy beach. The gently sloping water is ideal for children. If the weather doesn't cooperate, you and your family can have fun in the indoor swimming pool with slides and sauna area or in the indoor leisure park.

There are many sports activities such as bowling, mini golf, and water sports. Very close by you will also find a riding stable.

The beautiful landscape with the nearby Baltic Sea fjord Schlei offers a variety of opportunities for cycling and hiking. A stroll through Eckernförde, Kappeln, Arnis or Maasholm is definitely worthwhile, as is a visit to the Geltinger Birk nature reserve and the Holnis peninsula.

In Damp, there is neither a tourist tax nor beach fees, so you can fully enjoy your stay without additional costs for access to the beach.

Here is the translation to English: It is generally possible to cancel the booking for our holiday home for a reasonable fee. The cancellation notice must be sent to us in writing. In the event of cancellation, the following cancellation fees apply: From the booking date up to 30 days before the arrival date: 20% of the total rental price From 29 days before the arrival date: 90% of the total rental price The guest does not have a general, free, statutory right of termination or withdrawal regarding the concluded booking contract. Illness, personal/professional reasons, or, for example, car breakdowns do not release the guest from the obligation to pay the agreed overnight price. In the event of cancellation of the booked holiday home, the claim to payment of the agreed overnight price remains. In the case of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the rental price. Should we be able to re-let our holiday home at short notice due to your cancellation, we will offset the rental price received against your cancellation fee. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance to cover the cancellation fees. If the customer cancels before the start of the stay, the landlord is entitled to the full contractually agreed price, regardless of the time and reason for cancellation, provided that the landlord is not responsible for the cancellation and/or there are no unavoidable, exceptional circumstances.
