- I find it somewhat unfortunate that an extra charge is demanded for parking, especially in a resort with limited parking options in the area. The price seems quite high to me. - In the pool and sauna area, there are no drinks available; the bar opens later and is somewhat far away. While there is a free water station, you are on your own. - On weekends, when the hotel is fully booked, the breakfast room can get quite crowded and hectic. Not all coffee machines were in operation during our stay. - Positively noteworthy is the breakfast buffet, which offers a good selection, and upon request, you can also get gluten-free rolls. - The staff at the bar, reception, and restaurant are very friendly and helpful. - The location near Potsdam by the lake is really nice. - The pool and sauna area is appealing and offers some options, even though I think it doesn't quite provide the full resort experience (space and number of saunas are limited).

The fixtures in the bathroom might take some getting used to, but that did not detract from our stay in the slightest. The resort is beautifully located on Lake Schwielow. Our vacation apartment for four people was very comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and spacious rooms. The breakfast offered a wide selection and there was something for every taste. The extremely friendly service of the staff was particularly noteworthy.

We have now been here for the fourth time and have noticed some changes. The breakfast buffet has lost variety, no more sparkling wine included, and the salad buffet at dinner was more extensive in the past. Also, the prices for massages have increased, which we find unfortunate. Nevertheless, our room was fantastic, with a great view and everything was very clean. The staff was, as always, exceptionally friendly. We come every year during Advent and have already reserved for November 2026.

The dinner being only a buffet was fine, but somewhat lacking in flavor. Our apartment could use a bit more care: a large hole in the dish towel, the sink could be cleaned more thoroughly, and the pots are in the bathroom cabinet. Additionally, there were some dust threads on the wooden beams and curtain tracks. Perhaps it was because we traveled with our dog and had to pay 15 euros per night for that? The location is excellent, right by the lakeshore, and the bus stop is right outside the door. The interior of the main house is very appealing, and the breakfast was really delicious.

The kitchen cabinet doors are not quite straight, which gives the room a charming character. It would be nice if there were more dishes. The water in the pool is refreshing, especially on hot days. We booked a two-bedroom apartment with half board over the holidays. The size and amenities of the apartment were truly excellent. The facility is really beautiful and well-maintained, especially child-friendly with a playground and a playroom with supervision. The breakfast buffet was truly excellent. We used the holiday home as a group with children and had enough space to "spread out."

The mattress was not the best, as it was somewhat worn out and a makeshift solution with chipboard was used. The Finnish sauna has been around for a few years, but it has its charm. In the evenings, it can get a bit loud in the sauna area due to the adjacent pool; perhaps specific sauna times for families with children would be a good idea? The parking fee of 12 euros per day is a bit high, but the location is fantastic, the staff very friendly. The outdoor pool is a great addition, and you can take fresh regional apples daily. Additionally, there is the option to rent high-quality e-bikes easily, which makes the stay even more enjoyable.
