An enjoyable place to stay, simple but suitable for a relaxing getaway.

This quiet spot offered peaceful views and a well-organized layout that made staying comfortable throughout our visit enjoyable.

This exceeded expectations at this price range. The balcony looked out over calm waters and gardens which made mornings serene. The flat-screen TV provided good entertainment when we stayed inside.

A quiet location with a kitchen that has all the necessary equipment.

Parking right outside made loading and unloading simple. The helpful staff were always available to answer questions and assist us during our stay.

We found this property clean and pleasant near Berlin with a lovely balcony view. Cooking was easy thanks to the well-equipped kitchenette during our visit.

After driving from Berlin I found this place very welcoming with clean rooms and all essentials thoughtfully provided.

Our small group had plenty of space, along with nice extras like bathrobes and slippers that added to our comfort.

The peaceful lake views from the balcony were perfect for two people. The cozy bedroom and small kitchen area made our stay really easy and pleasant.

Lake view from the balcony was the highlight for me.

- I find it somewhat unfortunate that an extra charge is required for parking, especially in a resort with limited parking options in the area. The price seems quite high to me. - In the pool and sauna area, there are no drinks; the bar opens later and is somewhat distant. There is a free water station, but you are on your own. - On weekends, when the hotel is well booked, the breakfast room can get quite crowded and hectic. Not all coffee machines were in operation during our stay. - A positive aspect is the breakfast buffet, which offers a good selection, and upon request, gluten-free rolls are also available. - The staff at the bar, reception, and restaurant are very friendly and helpful. - The location near Potsdam by the lake is really nice. - The pool and sauna area is appealing and offers some options, although I think it doesn't quite provide the full resort experience (space and number of saunas are limited).

The wellness area was pleasant, but there was occasionally an unpleasant smell that wafted through the pool area. The mattresses were a bit soft and had a dip. Positive highlights are the excellent location, the friendliness of the staff, and the cleanliness of the facility.

A mirror in the hallway of the apartment would be a great addition, I find 40 euros for dinner per person without drinks a bit high, The facility is really nice, located right by the Schwielowsee," and the breakfast is excellent, We had a spacious and pretty apartment in one of the holiday homes on the premises, The staff was very friendly,"

The fixtures in the bathroom might take some getting used to, but that did not detract from our stay in the slightest. The resort is beautifully located on Lake Schwielow. Our vacation apartment for four people was very comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and spacious rooms. The breakfast offered a wide selection and there was something for every taste. The extremely friendly service of the staff was particularly noteworthy.

The rooms have their own charm, even if they are a bit older. The furniture could be a bit more comfortable, and the TV could be larger. Sometimes it is a bit too warm or too cool in the house. The location is simply fantastic. The beds are truly excellent. The staff is extremely friendly and always ready to help, which makes the stay very pleasant.

On the day of arrival, it was difficult to find a parking space, and the price of €12 per day for the parking is a bit high. The bathroom door could close better, but the location and the breakfast were simply great! ??

We have now been here for the fourth time and have noticed some changes. The breakfast buffet has lost variety, no more sparkling wine included, and the salad buffet at dinner was more extensive in the past. Also, the prices for massages have increased, which we find unfortunate. Nevertheless, our room was fantastic, with a great view and everything was very clean. The staff was, as always, exceptionally friendly. We come every year during Advent and have already reserved for November 2026.

The dinner being only a buffet was fine, but somewhat lacking in flavor. Our apartment could use a bit more care: a large hole in the dish towel, the sink could be cleaned more thoroughly, and the pots are in the bathroom cabinet. Additionally, there were some dust threads on the wooden beams and curtain tracks. Perhaps it was because we traveled with our dog and had to pay 15 euros per night for that? The location is excellent, right by the lakeshore, and the bus stop is right outside the door. The interior of the main house is very appealing, and the breakfast was really delicious.

The faucets work well, but the knobs could be a bit more intuitive. The chrome on the drain fittings looks a bit worn. The kitchen cabinet doors are not quite straight, which gives the room a charming character. It would be nice if there were more dishes. The water in the pool is refreshing, especially on hot days. The breakfast was delicious and the service in the sauna area was friendly.

Upon our arrival, there were some waiting times at check-in, but the friendly staff helped us quickly. The location is simply stunning, and staying in a stilt house was a real experience. The breakfast was delicious and varied, and we really enjoyed our time there.

4,9 4.9 4.9 4.9 4.9 4.9

Everything was very tidy and in good condition. The staff at the reception was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was really extensive and tasted delicious. We will definitely come back!

4,9 4.9 4.9 4.9 4.9 4.9

The accommodation could use a refresh, the pleated shades on the windows were not in the best condition and a bit dirty, the curtains could also use a wash, nevertheless, the location of the accommodation, its size, and the amenities, especially the bed, were "simply great,"

4,9 4.9 4.9 4.9 4.9 4.9

We booked a two-bedroom apartment with half board over the holidays. The size and amenities of the apartment were truly excellent. The entire team, from reception to service, was extremely friendly and attentive. The buffets for breakfast and dinner offered an impressive selection and were of a quality "that one would expect in fine dining."

4,9 4.9 4.9 4.9 4.9 4.9

Perhaps one could have asked for a stair guard, which we definitely could have used to have a bit more peace. However, we did not inquire, so it is unclear if one would have been available. The facility is really beautiful and well-maintained, especially child-friendly with a playground and a playroom with supervision. The breakfast buffet was truly excellent. We used the holiday home as a group with children and had enough space to "spread out."

4,9 4.9 4.9 4.9 4.9 4.9

The room cleaning was fine, the bar staff only understood the room number in English, the sofa in front of the bathroom could be a bit more comfortable," as it is somewhat worn out, in the changing room one of the two hair dryers was not functional, the location of the hotel is great and the breakfast was delicious,"

4,9 4.9 4.9 4.9 4.9 4.9

A mirror in the hallway of the apartment would be a great addition, I find 40 euros for dinner per person without drinks a bit high, The facility is really nice, located right by the Schwielowsee," and the breakfast is excellent, We had a spacious and pretty apartment in one of the holiday homes on the premises, The staff was very friendly,"

4,9 4.9 4.9 4.9 4.9 4.9

The price for the dinner that we booked on-site was a bit high at 40 euros per person, but everything else was simply perfect! We are already looking forward to our next visit; then we will definitely stay longer than just a weekend.

4,9 4.9 4.9 4.9 4.9 4.9

The kitchen is quite simply equipped; there could be a bit more dishes and cutlery available. The mattress was not the best, as it was somewhat worn out and a makeshift solution with chipboard was used. The Finnish sauna has been around for a few years, but it has its charm. In the evenings, it can get a bit loud in the sauna area due to the adjacent pool; perhaps specific sauna times for families with children would be a good idea? The parking fee of 12 euros per day is a bit high, but the location is fantastic, the staff very friendly. The outdoor pool is a great addition, and you can take fresh regional apples daily. Additionally, there is the option to rent high-quality e-bikes easily, which makes the stay even more enjoyable.

4,9 4.9 4.9 4.9 4.9 4.9

The bed and the sofa bed in our holiday home were unfortunately not optimal - somewhat sagging. The kitchen equipment could be better. However, the location is fantastic, the breakfast was very tasty, and the staff was extremely friendly and eager to fulfill all wishes. A really beautiful holiday home.

4,9 4.9 4.9 4.9 4.9 4.9

The room was quite noisy, There were additional fees for the parking," but the room with a lake view was simply dreamy, The access to the wellness area was very pleasant and the path to the lake was also great,"

4,9 4.9 4.9 4.9 4.9 4.9

The wellness area was pleasant, but there was occasionally an unpleasant smell that wafted through the pool area. The mattresses were a bit soft and had a dip. Positive highlights are the excellent location, the friendliness of the staff, and the cleanliness of the facility.

4,9 4.9 4.9 4.9 4.9 4.9

The facility could be modernized in some areas (for example, the bathroom fixtures). On Saturday afternoon, the wellness area was very busy, and there were hardly any free spots in the sauna. "The location is simply dreamy," the stilt houses offer a direct view of the lake and are wonderfully quiet.

4,9 4.9 4.9 4.9 4.9 4.9

The breakfast was the same every day, but the cleanliness was really impressive. The staff was friendly, even if it sometimes seemed a bit chaotic, especially when clearing the tables. The location of the hotel is great and we felt comfortable, even if we sometimes had to get cutlery and dishes from the hotel room.

4,9 4.9 4.9 4.9 4.9 4.9

The drinks are somewhat expensive, and the spa area could be a bit more extensive for the size of the hotel. The prices for the massages are high, but the location is simply fantastic and the staff extremely friendly. The apartments are truly excellent.
