The manager at the front desk in the morning seemed a bit proud and not very warm, However, the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming! Even when we checked in late at night, the manager took great care of our family," which I truly appreciated, The view from the hotel is stunning!"

It's unfortunate that such a fantastic hotel has a booking and customer service process that leaves much to be desired, I've tried calling and emailing multiple times to make a reservation, only to be met with silence or, when I did receive a response, it felt quite dismissive, Thankfully, I was able to secure a stay through an online booking platform, as otherwise, it would have been a challenge to arrange it directly with the hotel, I really don't understand why they make it so difficult to spend my money there, They should really take a moment to consider how many potential guests they might be losing out on, This hotel is truly one of the best I've had the pleasure of visiting (I've been there three times now), The service and staff are top-notch," and the location and amenities are just perfect, I'm really looking forward to my next visit!"

The facilities and buildings could use a refresh in some areas. However, the breakfast buffet was really delicious and offered a wide selection, even though sometimes dishes were missing, which led to short waiting times. The location of the hotel is simply fantastic, the staff was extremely friendly and always eager to meet our wishes. We spontaneously exchanged our studio for a double room upon arrival, and after just a few minutes, we were already able to move into our new room. Really great! The bathtub faucets with two knobs are somewhat unusual (caution, the water can get very hot), It would be practical if there were coat hooks behind the door for jackets, We did not find the statues at the transition between the large and small breakfast rooms particularly appealing and somewhat old-fashioned, The location is fantastic, the room spacious with a view of the lake, pleasant light and good sound insulation (you can hardly hear anything from the other guests), The spa area is nicely designed with three saunas, the food is delicious with a large selection (breakfast and half board) and the service is mostly friendly and helpful,

On Saturday evening, the sauna was quite full, which made the atmosphere a bit cramped. I didn't find it very pleasant that the door to the sauna area was often half open. But the location of the hotel was simply fantastic! The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, although I wished the fruit salad would be refilled more often. The beach was a real highlight, especially the opportunity to jump into the water after the sauna. The swimming lane could be a bit wider, as the tree trunks on the sides were somewhat in the way, but overall it was a nice stay.
