Our freshly renovated 2025-2026 holiday home for 4 people is located in a well-kept and charming holiday village above Lake Maggiore, in the immediate vicinity of Luino – the lively small town with the largest weekly market in the region. The elevated location offers not only plenty of peace, but also a beautiful view and a true holiday feeling from the very first minute. Upon entering our tastefully furnished holiday home, you arrive in the open living and dining area with a modern kitchenette. This is fully equipped and offers every comfort – from the oven and glass-ceramic cooktop to a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment for gelato, as well as a dishwasher, washing machine, and coffee machine (Nespresso capsules). The living area with a cozy corner sofa offers a direct view of the Canonica, the landmark and historic collegiate church of Brezzo di Bedero. With its hourly chimes, it makes Italianità not only visible but also audible.
At the rear of the house there is a bedroom with two single beds (80×200 cm and 90×200 cm), a separate dressing room, as well as the bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin, and mirrored cabinet. A staircase leads to the open gallery, where the second bedroom with a double bed (160×200 cm) is located.
A ceiling fan, electric shutters, as well as a blackout blind in the lower bedroom provide additional comfort and restful nights.
The fenced outdoor area creates privacy and space to breathe. Terrace with dining set, garden, pergola, lounge area, barbecue area, and outdoor shower invite you to linger. This is complemented by a lockable garden shed, ideal for bicycles or strollers. Sufficient parking spaces are available directly at the house – conveniently accessible, with no stairs.

The holiday village has a reception with a German-speaking team and offers numerous leisure activities for young and old:
The well-kept 25x12m communal pool and the separately fenced children's pool are supervised by a lifeguard and are open from May to September – free loungers and sun umbrellas are available – a playground, ping-pong tables, tennis court, bocce court, basketball hoop, and mini golf (free racket rental on site) provide variety and relaxing vacation days. From May to October, the in-house restaurant La Canonica spoils guests with cuisine that is also highly appreciated by locals. With its large terrace in the middle of the holiday village, it is a popular meeting place and perfectly rounds off the culinary offerings.
The Villaggio Olandese holiday village, perched above Lake Maggiore, was built in the 1960s by Dutch investors with characteristic A-frame houses in the middle of a nature reserve. At that time, developed by the municipality of Brezzo di Bedero for gentle tourism promotion – something that would no longer be possible today. It is precisely this history, the special architecture, and the harmonious integration into the surrounding nature that give the complex its unmistakable charm. Plants, trees, and the tranquil atmosphere create a magical mood.
For arrival and daily shopping, we recommend a car. Supermarkets such as Carrefour (open daily until 24:00), Tigros, Coop, Lidl, and U2 can be conveniently reached in about 10 minutes by car and are open seven days a week. The hillside location guarantees peace and a wide view, while the communal areas of the complex can be reached on foot in a few minutes via small paths and stairs.
