In Denia, the gateway to the Costa Blanca, the holiday apartment Casa Serenya is centrally connected to the beach, city center, and various shopping opportunities.

We offer you an apartment completed in August 2025 with approx. 65 sqm living space, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with pull-out bed, 2 bathrooms, open living-dining area with kitchenette. The large covered terrace offers a view over the spacious pool area.

The apartment is located in a new, spacious residential complex with a large communal pool, padel tennis court, children's playground, small fitness studio and sauna, and has a parking space and a bicycle storage area. The apartment is located on the second floor and can be reached by elevator or stairwell.

Through the entrance door you enter an open living-dining area with a modern and well-equipped kitchenette. To the left, a hallway leads to the two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.

The living and dining area is very modernly furnished with a large dining table, a comfortable sofa, and an armchair. A flat-screen TV with satellite TV is available in the living room. The kitchen offers you every comfort and is fully equipped.
In addition to an induction cooktop with extractor hood, there is an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee machine (Nespresso), a large fridge-freezer combination, and a small breakfast bar.

The large bedroom is equipped with a built-in wardrobe and a double bed (160 x 200 cm). The small bedroom has a single bed 80 x 200 cm, which can be pulled out if needed (160 x 200). The two bathrooms each have a large walk-in shower, a washbasin, and a toilet.

The apartment has a central air conditioning system with a heating function for cooler days, which can be easily operated in the living room via a control unit.

The windows in the bedrooms have shutters for a restful sleep.

Denia has a modern district hospital, and you will also find German doctors and specialists.
