Welcome to Villa Residence, a new luxurious villa in the heart of Medulin, designed with special care to offer maximum comfort to larger groups of up to 45 people.
This spacious villa features 18 elegantly furnished bedrooms and can accommodate 36 main guests + 9 additional guests. This makes it the ideal choice for school and sports groups, several families, business teams, as well as for engagement parties, smaller weddings, or private events. Only 500 meters from the sea, Villa Residence impresses with its modern design, luxurious amenities, and high living comfort. From the balconies, you can enjoy a magnificent sea view, while carefully selected details, high-quality materials, and contemporary interiors create an atmosphere of elegance and relaxation. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with comfortable seating, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large dining area with a long table – perfect for shared meals and sociable evenings. In this area there are also two bedrooms with private bathrooms as well as an additional bathroom in the hallway.
On the first floor there is a recreation room, equipped with table football, billiards, and a PlayStation 5 console – ideal for entertainment and spending time together. On the same floor there are also four bedrooms and two bathrooms.
On the second and third floors there are six bedrooms and two bathrooms per floor, making a total of 18 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms. All rooms are air-conditioned, and some additionally have televisions for more comfort and privacy. Additional guests can be accommodated on large sofa beds or extra beds. A special highlight of the villa is the large outdoor pool (78 m²) with integrated jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing and sunbathing. In the garden there are large dining tables, a fully equipped summer kitchen, and a barbecue area – ideal for summer evenings and cozy meals outdoors.
The villa is currently in the furnishing phase as well as the completion of the remaining exterior work. Full completion of the work is planned no later than 15.03.2026. Upon request, we can send additional photos to the guests to give them an insight into the progress of the work. A professional photo shoot of the villa is planned for 01.04.2026.
There are 10 to 15 parking spaces available.
Additional advantage: In the immediate vicinity is Villa Vista, a villa with identical design and the same luxurious standard. On request, both villas can be rented together – ideal for larger groups with a total capacity of up to 90 people.
