Welcome to the “SpitzenZeit” vacation apartment in Garmisch-Partenkirchen – your stylish retreat for a break for two, quietly located yet conveniently close to the town center. The high-quality 2-room apartment is located on the 1st floor and boasts a spacious south- and east-facing corner balcony: morning sun with your coffee, fresh mountain air during the day, and a relaxing view of the Alps in the evening – just the right setting to really soak up your vacation.

Inside, you will find a successful mix of traditional elements, warm wood, clear lines, and harmonious color accents in the high-quality furnishings. The living room offers a cozy couch, TV, and a beautiful dining area in the bay window; from here, you have direct access to the south side of the balcony. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a spacious, open storage shelf – practical and pleasantly airy. Here is also a practical desk with power connection—ideal for concentrated work hours during your stay. The bathroom with two sinks and a shower tray and the additional guest toilet are particularly comfortable. In the separate, fully equipped kitchen, you can cook in a relaxed manner just like at home and have direct access to the east side of the balcony.

The location makes “SpitzenZeit” the ideal starting point for summer and winter alike: the Garmisch pedestrian zone and Marienplatz are about a five-minute walk away, and you can reach the Hausbergbahn cable car in just ten minutes – perfect for hiking, biking, and skiing. A parking space is available in the courtyard, and there is also storage space in a small garage, ideal for bicycles, hiking gear, or ski equipment.

We had some small difficulties with the Wi-Fi: The access data was indicated in the book, but unfortunately, our devices could not find the network. Since we arrived late in the evening, we didn't want to ask anymore, and the next day we were hardly in the apartment.
