To catch your breath: Arrive and feel good. Because everything simply fits. The newly created first floor apartment BergLuft is a retreat and a haven of peace.
Space to feel good, relax and breathe deeply.
Nestled between Hausberg, Kreuzeck and Alpspitze, couples, friends or solo travelers will find enough space on 66 m2 to linger and take a deep breath.
The interior of the vacation apartment is characterized by natural materials, light colors and open, light-flooded rooms. The furnishings and decorations were chosen with love.
In the open-plan living room you will find a cozy sitting area with sofa bed, an armchair, flat-screen TV, as well as a rustic dining table where you can sit together comfortably. The floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the furnished terrace and garden, where you can start your day in the morning or enjoy the last rays of sunshine in the evening.
The modern kitchenette is open to the living room and fully equipped. Here you will find, among other things, a refrigerator with freezer, a stove with ceramic hob, oven, both a filter and a Senseo coffee maker, kettle and toaster. In addition, there are all the usual cooking utensils that belong to a well-equipped kitchen.
In the bedroom, a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm) will give you restful dreams. A closet provides enough storage space and the floor-to-ceiling windows can be completely darkened for late sleepers with the help of electric shutters.
The modern bathroom is connected to the bedroom and equipped with a glazed, ground-level shower, sink and toilet. Through a window you also get enough daylight here. The apartment also has a separate guest toilet in the entrance area.
In the basement there is a communal laundry room, where you will find your own washing machine and dryer.
The apartment also has its own underground parking space for cars. A communal bicycle room as well as a drying room offer you a separate storage place for bicycles and your skiing or hiking equipment.

Super Lage zum Hausberg, konnten alles zu Fuß gehen!! Der Garten mit den Liegen und Essplatz einfach nur schön und wenn die Hecken noch höher wachsen auch sichtgeschützt! Die Wohnung für 2 Personen schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche komplett und sehr gut ausgestattet. Beim Empfang super sauber, Toilettenpapier, Spülmittel, Geschirrtücher, Handtücher alles vorbereitet. Der Service des Teams ist unübertroffen einfach Klasse!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wir haben schon für nächstes Jahr gebucht - auch wenn die Wohnung im oberen Preissegment liegt - es lohnt sich.

Eine sehr moderne und helle Wohnung im Erdgeschoss. Die Größe und besonders das Gäste-WC fanden wir herausragend. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, man hat alles zur Verfügung was man benötigt, um sich zu erholen. Die Tiefgaragenstellplatz war für unser Auto zu klein, man kann aber sein Auto auch bequem auf der Straße parken. Wir waren wie immer sehr zufrieden.

Kurzurlaub mit BergLuft Wir haben die paar Tage in Garmisch und somit in der Ferienwohnung BergLuft sehr genossen. Angefangen mit der Organisation (vorab immer aktuell informiert worden) über die Begrüßung vor Ort sowie der Aufenthalt selbst war alles perfekt. Die Wohnung passt von ihrer Einrichtung sehr gut in die Umgebung und ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll dekoriert. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Unser erstes Mal … … in den Bergen konnten wir extrem gut genießen, da die Ferienwohnung einfach wunderbar ist. Sie ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet und alle Austattungsgegenstände ist hochwertig. Die Lage ist gut. Mit einem 4-Jährigen konnten wir zu Fuß gut die Innenstadt erreichen. Auf Kleinigkeiten wurde von der Verwaltung schnell und sehr freundlich reagiert. Insgesamt sind wir mit unserem Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung BergLuft mehr als zufrieden.

Rundum Wohlfühlen Wir haben im März 2022 eine Woche in dieser neuen Ferienwohnung verbringen dürfen und es sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und voller liebevoller Details, man merkt,dass hier jemand bei der geschmackvollen Einrichtung wirklich mit Herz dabei war.Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht ,bequeme Betten, ein modernes Bad,eine hochwertige Küche mit allen Utensilien, für die wärmere Jahreszeit ist auch die Terrasse bereits mit der passenden Ausstattung Tisch,Stühle Liegen,Auflagen eingerichtet. Zu erwähnen sei auch der barrierefreie Zugang sowohl zur Wohnung als auch aus der Tiefgarage. Zur Lage : Ideal, alles in 10 max.15 Min.Fußweg -Fußgängerzone, Bahnhof, Schwimm-Eislaufstadium,Gondelbahn mit Bahnstation zur Zugspitze erreichbar. Das Auto ist entbehrlich. Gute Anbindung durch Ortsbus mit Gästekarte. Professionell war ebenso die Betreuung der Gäste .Informationen waren stets aktuell,Ansprechpartner stets freundlich, kompetent und hilfsbereit. Danke für die schöne Zeit. Jederzeit wieder. Nur zu empfehlen.

Sehr schöne, ruhige und moderne Wohnung in toller Lage mit Aussicht auf Alpspitze und Waxenstein. Fußläufig ist man in 10 Minuten in der Ortsmitte oder am Bahnhof. Sehr gute Informationen und vorbildlicher Kontakt vom/zum Team von Staygood. Eine tolle Erfahrung, jederzeit gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne Wohnung die alles hat was man eventuell brauchen könnte. Wir mögen die klaren Linien der Einrichtung und speziell die elektrischen Jalousien. Es hat sogar einen Kellerraum in dem man die Koffer unterstellen kann. Die Lage ist prima. In einer ruhigen Wohngegend, aber man ist schnell im Zentrum und auch schnell im Grünen. Very nice apartment that has everything you might need. We like the clear lines of the furnishings and especially the electric blinds. It even has a cellar room where you can store your suitcases. The location is great. In a quiet residential area, but you can quickly reach the city center and also the countryside. We will definitely come back. Best regards.

A very modern and bright apartment on the ground floor. The size and especially the guest toilet we found outstanding. The location of the apartment is perfect, you have everything available that you need to relax. The underground parking space was too small for our car, but you can also conveniently park your car on the street. We were very satisfied as always.

... in the mountains we could enjoy extremely well, because the holiday flat is simply wonderful. It is equipped with everything you need and all the furnishings are of high quality. The location is good. With a 4-year-old, we could easily reach the city centre on foot. The management responded quickly and very kindly to small issues. Overall, we are more than satisfied with our holiday in the BergLuft flat.

The garden with the sunbeds and dining area is simply beautiful and when the hedges grow even higher also protected from view!
The flat for 2 persons is nicely and tastefully furnished.
The kitchen is complete and very well equipped.
Super clean at reception, toilet paper, washing up liquid, tea towels, towels all prepared.
The service of the team is unsurpassed - simply great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We have already booked for next year - even though the flat is in the upper price segment - it is worth it.

Feel good all around
We spent a week in this new holiday flat in March 2022 and enjoyed it very much. The flat is very cosy and full of loving details, you can tell that someone really put their heart into the tasteful furnishings. It is equipped with everything you need, comfortable beds, a modern bathroom, a high-quality kitchen with all utensils, for the warmer season the terrace is already furnished with the appropriate equipment table, chairs, loungers, cushions. Also worth mentioning is the barrier-free access both to the flat and from the underground car park. About the location: Ideal, everything is reachable in 10 max. 15 min. on foot - pedestrian zone, train station, swimming and ice skating stadium, cable car with train station to the Zugspitze. The car is dispensable. Good connections by local bus with guest card. The information was always up to date, the contact persons always friendly, competent and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful time. We will come back anytime. Only to recommend.

Short holiday with BergLuft
We enjoyed the few days in Garmisch and thus in the BergLuft holiday flat very much. Starting with the organisation (we were always informed in advance), the welcome on site and the stay itself, everything was perfect. The flat's furnishings fit very well into the surroundings and it is very cosy and lovingly decorated. We felt very comfortable and will gladly come again!
