Change of ownership! Mediterranean refuge in Mallorcan style, directly by the sea
In January 2026, we took over the beautiful and cozy Casa Maritimo.
The Mallorcan casa is very quietly located at the end of a cul-de-sac and is just a few steps on foot from the breathtaking sea.
It is about a 10-minute walk to the bathing bay Cala Llombards, and the hidden bathing bay Calo des Moro is 2 km away. Relax in the Mediterranean, lovingly furnished chalet – a very special oasis of tranquility on the first sea line in the picturesque village of Cala Llombards in the southeast of Mallorca. Here, your vacation begins immediately – with spaciousness, light, sea air, and a feeling of arrival. Already in the morning, the sea accompanies you: Enjoy the sunrise from the rooftop terrace or take a few steps to the cliffs, where steps lead down to the water and a small stone platform invites you to lie down and sunbathe. The view over the open Mediterranean is impressive at any time of day.
Living & Well-being
Casa Maritimo was taken over by us at the beginning of 2026 and redesigned with great care in a minimalist Mediterranean boho style. Bright colors, natural materials, and selected furniture create a relaxed, warm atmosphere in which you immediately feel at home.
The holiday home features:
2 bedrooms with double beds (160 × 200 cm and 140 × 200 cm)
1 completely newly renovated modern bathroom with walk-in rainshower (photos to follow)
a spacious living area
a small but fully equipped kitchen
a separate outdoor shower with hot water. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioners for cooling and heating. Additionally, electric heaters in the interior rooms provide comfort. Nevertheless, we consider Casa Maritimo primarily as a summer house, ideal for sunny months and mild seasons.
All windows have mosquito screens as well as shutters, so you can ventilate comfortably even in the evenings. Four relaxation zones – everyone will find their favorite spot
The entrance area is only accessible via the outside staircase, there is no ground-level access.
Casa Maritimo offers an exceptionally large outdoor area – perfect for couples seeking peace, but also for enjoying together.
1. The large rooftop terrace with sea view
A real highlight: sun all day, a view through the trees of the sea, a large daybed under a pavilion, four sun loungers and several seating areas. In the evening – with a clear sky – you can wonderfully watch the stars here.
2. The fireplace terrace
Two large outdoor couches invite you to long evenings by the outdoor fireplace – romantic, cozy, and sheltered from the wind.
3. The covered porch / dining terrace
With a large, antique wooden table (approx. 2 m), with a bench and chairs, it is ideal for shared meals. For cooler days, there are radiant heaters as well as a retractable wind and rain protection screen available.
4. Outdoor areas & retreats
Several smaller seating areas around the house offer space for retreat, reading, sunbathing, or simply doing nothing. Outdoor Kitchen & Enjoyment

Check-in / Check-out as well as deposit:
Check-in and check-out are carried out by our local support service. You will be shown the house and its amenities in detail. A cash deposit of EUR 300.00 must be paid to the local partner, which you will receive back at check-out on the day of departure. Please note that payment is only possible in cash and not via Paypal or bank transfer.
Final cleaning:
The local service provider will also carry out the final cleaning after departure. The cost for the final cleaning is EUR 155.00. This amount must also be paid exclusively in cash on site. Optional intermediate cleaning:
For bookings of at least 14 days, we offer a free intermediate cleaning of the house.

Casa Maritimo is located in Cala Llombards, a small, quiet cul-de-sac village with a special charm.
In the village itself you will find:
a café-bar
a small hotel with restaurant
two supermarkets with fresh bread rolls and daily newspapers (open depending on the season)
The beautiful Cala Llombards bathing bay can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. Other dreamlike bays such as Cala S’Almunia, Caló des Moro, Cala Santanyí, Cala Mondragó, S’Amarador or the Caribbean-style beach Es Trenc are quickly accessible by car.
The lively town of Santanyí with its colorful weekly markets, numerous restaurants, boutiques and cafés is only about 9 minutes away by car.

We live in NRW and are happy to be able to share our beautiful place in Casa Maritimo with many dear guests. We enjoy nature, our friends, but also sports whether tennis, yoga, skiing. We three love to travel and also enjoy getting to know the world by van. We value honesty and respect very much! That’s why the decision fell on this accommodation Cala Llombards is an idyllic, quiet, and small place, with a dreamlike bathing bay and beautiful cliffs that offer a wide view over the Mediterranean. In a few minutes you are in the very fashionable and attractive town of Santanyi. This offers everything your heart desires and here you can really switch off from everyday life. That makes this accommodation unique Our casa is 100m from the sea. Here or on the beautiful rooftop terrace with sea view, you can experience the sunrise every day. Whether with a coffee, the yoga mat, in the daybed or by the sea, the day can only be wonderful!
