If you want a quiet and luxurious vacation, away from the crowds and city bustle, then this is the right place for you. This newly decorated villa located in a small village in central Istria can accommodate 10+2 guests.
The villa is conceived in three floors. The lower floor consists of a swimming pool and a terrace. Above the pool and covered sun deck, there is an outdoor kitchen fully equipped with a refrigerator and barbecue, and a dining table of 12 seats with a view of the beautiful landscape.
The central floor consists of a living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, and on the same level, there are two bedrooms with private bathrooms, as well as an additional bathroom.
The top floor consists of three bedrooms with private bathrooms, two of the three bedrooms have an extra sofa that can serve as an extra bed.
Dog-friendly with an extra charge for dogs of 10 EUR/day/dog, due upon arrival.

Welcome to our beautiful villa located in the serene neighborhood of Bazjaki 39, in Livade, Croatia. There is an array of activities, attractions and places to visit around the apartment.

Just a few kilometers away from the apartment, you’ll find yourself surrounded by rolling hills and lush vineyards of Istria, one of the best wine-growing regions in Croatia. Do not miss out on wine tasting tours in famous wineries such as Kabola Winery and Kozlovic Winery.

You can also take a walk in divine Motovun Forest, popularly known for its rich truffle grounds, where you can partake in truffle hunting experiences. Don't forget the close-by medieval Motovun town, perched upon a hill, it offers breathtaking views and presents a unique charm with its cobbled streets, charming shops, and local gastronomy delights.

Livade is well known as a gastronomic destination. Be sure to visit Zigante Truffles, the largest and most renowned truffle dealer in the world. Here, you'll not only taste world-class truffles but learn about truffle hunting and processing.

Cultural enthusiasts will enjoy a visit to the ancient town of Grožnjan, known as the 'city of artists,' brimming with galleries and studios, or possibly a day trip to coastal towns of Poreč, Rovinj, and Pula. These destinations offer beautiful beaches, historic sites, and a rich selection of seafood restaurants.

Being located in Livade also means that you are just a couple minutes away from Parenzana, commonly known as the 'The trail of health and friendship.' It's an optimal spot for hiking, cycling, or just taking a peaceful stroll while soaking up the natural beauty of this region.
