Villa Vigini is a beautifully renovated and modernly furnished villa that offers a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, yet is conveniently located close to all the attractive destinations in Istria.

Surrounded by lush green groves and forests, this villa is situated on a 10,000 m² estate that is fenced and protected.

The villa features 5 en-suite bedrooms that can accommodate up to 11 guests. It is a perfect place to enjoy your privacy and intimacy while also being suitable for various gatherings of family and friends. You can relax by the pool, throw a barbecue, or enjoy chilled wine and Istrian delicacies on lounge chairs and swings.

For those who prefer an active vacation, 4 adult bicycles are available to explore nearby archaeological sites, medieval towns, households, and wineries.

The villa is located in the vicinity of numerous tourist attractions, such as Grožnjan, a picturesque hilltop town known for its narrow cobbled streets, houses, and artists.

Welcome to our beautiful apartment, located in Makovci, in the Grožnjan municipality in Istria. This quaint town offers a variety of activities for guests of all ages and interests. Only twenty minutes from Umag, you’ll find the medieval town of Grožnjan, known as the town of artists and music. Once a Roman fortress, this charming town sits above the river Mirna, offering stunning views of about twenty remote Istrian places, and even the sea, stretching from Novigrad to Umag.

For sports enthusiasts, the surrounding coastal towns, like Rovinj and Poreč, offer a range of activities including swimming, diving, boating, and sailing. The region’s beautiful countryside is perfect for those who enjoy the outdoors. Istralandia, one of the best waterparks in the region, is just a short drive away, offering a fun experience for the whole family.

Extraordinary journey!

Great Host, very uncomplicated! Super friendly communication.

Location of the villa was great and exactly how Matea said. Villa itself was clean, very nice and good furniture and the backyard is huuuge, a lot of space for activities. Nice pool, nice barbecue area and the views are also awesome.

Would book again!!

A beautiful, charming stone house, very warmly furnished, so we felt at home. The stone pavilion was usually occupied, as it was always cool there, and the pool is right next to it. Very nice surroundings and very quiet. You can relax.
