Description

It is spread over three floors connected by a staircase. There are 3 bedrooms (the bedroom on the second floor is open without a door), and 3 bathrooms (2 en suite and 1 on the ground floor). Windows with mosquito nets.
The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary, and has a beautiful window overlooking the garden.
Dining room and living room with TV and armchairs. WiFi in the house and pool area.
Outside there is a large garden with succulents and 2 areas for reading and relaxation. The beautiful gazebo with barbecue allows you to eat outside, enjoying the wonderful view over the Val di Cornia, all the way to the sea, which is only about 15/18 KM from the sea and the beautiful beaches of the Etruscan Coast (Baratti, Rimigliano, and San Vincenzo) and the Gulf of Follonica (on some days you can see the island of Montecristo on the horizon). We are close to the ferry terminal in Piombino for the Island of Elba.
Swimming pool with geyser and waterfall, panoramic position! Sunbeds with cushions, umbrellas for the sun. The historic village of Suvereto can be reached on foot, in about 10 minutes, for small shopping and gourmet restaurants, as well as the small interesting Museums and Churches.
Possibility of excursions in the area with certified guides.
We cannot accommodate animals.

Villa La Piastraia is 7 km from the Campiglia Marittima station in Venturina Terme for trains, and also from the entrance to the highway to reach Grosseto-Rome or Pisa-Florence-Lucca.
In Venturina Terme, you can find large supermarkets (Conad - Coop - MD) and the large Conad gas station, as well as the Calidario thermal center.
Also worth visiting in our Maremma are the historic centers of Volterra and Massa Marittima.
In Piombino there is the ferry to the Island of Elba.

For the reservation, a bank transfer of 30% of the total rental amount and the signing of the tourist rental contract are required.
The balance is due 2 weeks before arrival by bank transfer.
