You can expect a modern, comfortably spacious, and bright holiday apartment STOR in an old townhouse. It is spread over 2 floors, centrally located in the north of Flensburg. With a beautiful large garden. 1,000 meters to the beach.
The apartment offers space for up to 4 guests and has two bedrooms as well as a bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine invites you to cook together. In the dining area and on the sunny terrace with garden furniture, every meal can be enjoyed – a BBQ gas grill is also available. The well-kept garden with a sunny and a covered terrace, a beach chair, blooming shrubs, fragrant flowers, and shady spots offers pure relaxation and is ideal for leisurely hours outdoors.
For an active holiday, 2 bicycles or 2 e-bikes are available for a small fee, so you can explore Flensburg and the surrounding area. After an eventful day, relax in the living area with TV and Wi-Fi. Bed linen is provided, and the washing machine makes longer stays easier. The apartment is suitable for non-smokers only and can also be rented long-term. Experience relaxing days in an attractively designed home with a green retreat – ideal for families, couples, or friends who want to discover Flensburg! On the ground floor there is also a smaller holiday apartment LILLE which also has access to the garden.

The house is located on a quiet side street in the north of Flensburg. In the immediate vicinity there are various supermarkets (Aldi, Edeka, Rewe...), a bakery, all within walking distance. The Ostseebad beach (1000 meters), including a recreational forest, and the Wassersleben beach (2500 meters) invite you to take a dip in the cool water. You can reach the Nordermarkt in Flensburg city center on foot in 20 minutes, by city bus in 6 minutes. The bus stop is 100 meters from the apartment. It takes 10 minutes on foot to a good Greek restaurant.
