Located directly on the water, the apartment enjoys private access to the lake and a fenced private garden where you can fully unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The ground-floor apartment (about 75 sqm) is reached via five wide steps from street level and opens onto a lovely 30 sqm garden equipped with a gazebo, dining table, comfortable armchairs and a barbecue, an ideal spot to enjoy outdoor meals and unforgettable sunrises over the lake.
Inside, the apartment is bright, spacious and welcoming, featuring a cozy living area with satellite TV and a charming wood-burning stove, perfect for cooler evenings. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need, including a traditional oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and American coffee machine.
