Welcome to Casa Bella in Empuriabrava – your perfect holiday home on the Catalan coast. This spacious holiday house offers around 140 m² of space for up to 6 guests and impresses with its single-storey design, which allows comfortable access to all areas. Three tastefully furnished bedrooms ensure restful nights, while two modern bathrooms with showers and one with a bathtub provide additional comfort. Additionally, the house also has an outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
All rooms are air-conditioned, and for the colder season the house also has central heating.
The private saltwater pool in the well-kept garden invites you to relax and swim. Enjoy sunny days on the spacious terrace with comfortable garden furniture and end the evening at the BBQ grill. For small guests, a baby bed and a high chair are available. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, Ninja Airfryer makes self-catering a pleasure. Washing machine, iron, and hairdryer offer additional comfort, while air conditioning and a low-allergen environment ensure a pleasant indoor climate.
Three LED TVs and free fiber-optic Wi-Fi provide entertainment, while a garage and private parking space as well as the motorboat option complete the offer. For guests of our house, there is the option to additionally book a motorboat, provided that a valid boating license is available. There are 2 motorboats to choose from, each approved for 7 people. Casa Bella is not located on the canal but near a harbor basin, which is only a few minutes’ walk away. Here, there is the possibility to rent a boat mooring, which we could of course arrange for you as well. Casa Bella is the ideal starting point for unforgettable vacation days – whether by the pool, in the garden, or on the water. Bed linen is, of course, provided. Treat yourself to a break in this unique holiday residence!

Our Casa Bella is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and is just a few minutes’ walk from the Alberes Center, where you will find various shopping opportunities.
Empuriabrava is situated in the Bay of Roses on the northern Costa Brava with kilometers of sandy beaches and beautiful coves and is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts of all kinds.
It is said that Empuriabrava, with its approximately 28 km of waterways in the town, is at least Europe’s largest marina. On the side of Empuriabrava facing away from the sea, the Pyrenees can be seen, whose mountain peaks are snow-covered from November to April and provide a magnificent, contrasting backdrop.
Anyone who has experienced Empuriabrava and its surroundings for the first time will be delighted and will already be longing for further stays.

I got to know Empuriabrava over 50 years ago together with my parents and have spent almost all my holidays here. Together with my husband, who first came to Empuriabrava through me in 1987, we then found our own holiday home in Empuriabrava. In 2021 and 2023 we acquired 2 rental properties, both of which were renovated and furnished to a high standard. During the rental season, at least one of us is always on site to personally welcome our guests. Since the special feature of Empuriabrava is the approximately 28 km long canals in connection with the beautiful Bay of Roses with its numerous coves, we offer our guests, upon request, 2 motorboats which can optionally be booked at a special price (for tenants!). A valid boating license is required for rental. Further information available on request! A mooring can be rented at a short distance.
