Beautiful apartment, top view

From the outside, the Hamburg/Berlin buildings are very outdated, but the apartment inside is great. The path from the parking lot through the buildings to the apartment is a bit long, only moderately lit in the dark, and was somewhat difficult for my 80-year-old mother. Brilliant view towards the steep coast and the sea! From the balcony, you can also see the pier/south beach up to the mole. The dishwasher, which was not mentioned in the amenities, worked perfectly. The bathroom is quite newly renovated. You don't hear anything from the neighbors, so the apartment is not noisy. At first, there was a dusty smell in the apartment, which disappeared after 1-2 days and was probably due to a longer vacancy. Overall great, would love to come back.
