The lovingly furnished holiday home "Zeit zum Ankern," newly built in 2020 with a traditional thatched roof and equipped with a sauna and wood-burning stove, is a non-smoking house. The high-quality amenities with modern, tasteful furnishings are also reflected in the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The free internet access (Wi-Fi), safe, underfloor heating, washing machine/dryer, terrace with seating and beach chair are available, as well as a charcoal grill and 2 parking spaces at the house. This beautiful holiday home is suitable for 4 adults and one child up to 5 years old. 1 child up to 5 years stays free in the existing cot. Two additional beds are possible on request on the pull-out sofa bed in the living room. Pets are not allowed. Here are a few special details about the house. The holiday home is very child-friendly, for example with socket covers for toddlers, a high chair, bottle warmer, etc. There is a balcony with lounge chairs and a large terrace. In the large bedroom there is a double bed and the child's bed. The other two small bedrooms each have a single bed (90*200 cm) and access to the balcony. The kitchen is exclusively equipped, smart TVs are available, and two bicycles are ready for use.

Location and surroundings of object

Parow is a small place in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, located about 5 km north of Stralsund. The house is situated in a newly built, family-friendly holiday home settlement in the immediate vicinity of the Strelasund (approx. 150 m). Last year, a small public sandy beach for swimming was created here, which is easily accessible on foot from the holiday home.
About 3 km away, in the direction of Stralsund, is the public city beach. This can be easily reached via the cycle path along the Strelasund. For extensive cycling tours, the surrounding area offers a variety of options. The nearest bus stop is about 350 m from the holiday home. The Hanseatic city of Stralsund, with its shops, restaurants, the Ozeaneum, the Hansedom water park, the historic harbor, and its remarkable old town, is only 5 km away. The holiday home “Zeit zum Ankern” is therefore an ideal starting point for a combined relaxation and excursion holiday.
