Welcome to our beautiful holiday home in Tignale, about 600 meters above sea level and 20 minutes by car from Lake Garda.
The detached bungalow, in the German-speaking holiday park "Villaggio die Sunclass," is located in the nature park "Alto Garda Bresciano" with a view of the Monte Baldo opposite and the lake. A parking space is located directly in front of the ground-level entrance. The idyllic holiday home offers 60 sqm of space for up to 4 guests and features a cozy living/dining area in country house style, two bedrooms with double beds for 4 adults, and one bedroom with a bunk bed for the little ones. Bathroom/WC with hairdryer. A wood stove provides cozy warmth on cool days. The house features SAT/TV, radio/CD, internet, a well-equipped kitchen with gas stove, microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine, Caffisimo capsule machine, a small oven, toaster, egg cooker, and plenty of dishes.
Relax on the covered terrace on the west side with wooden garden furniture, deck chairs, and sun umbrella. On the east side, a wooden terrace with seating invites you to relax.
A grill is also available for your use. The house is quietly situated in the upper area of the complex. You can reach the pool, equipped with loungers, sun umbrellas, children's pool, and playground, in about 5 minutes. Next to the reception you will find a laundry room with washing machines and dryer available for a small fee.
In summer, a bread roll service is offered.
In the nearest town, Gardola, there is a supermarket, bakery, butcher, restaurants, and very good pizzerias.
Dogs are welcome by arrangement.
Smoking is not allowed in the house. E-cars cannot be charged in the holiday park.

We preferably rent from Saturday to Saturday.

Visitor’s tax of €2.00 / per person / night from 14 years. Bookable services:

A washing machine and dryer are also available for use at the park administration office for a fee. Additionally, a bread roll service can be used here.
