Detached bungalow - CASA PICCOLO - in the holiday park "Villagio di Sunclass" in Tignale. Our bungalow is barrier-free, but not suitable for wheelchairs, as the doors and passages are too narrow. There is a parking space for your car directly in front of the house. The holiday park consists of about 160 bungalows, all of which are privately owned and used / rented by the owners themselves. The magnificent Lake Garda can be admired during a leisurely walk through the park. Hikes and cycling tours can be started directly from the accommodation, and your four-legged friend is also a welcome guest. Our bungalow is located in the northern part of the park with a view of the pool and the Monte Baldo massif. The park has a large, heated pool of approx. 25m x 10m which can be used by all guests during the season and opening times, depending on the weather from May to September. There are plenty of sun loungers available at the pool. There is also a children's playground around the pool and various other play equipment such as table football, outdoor chess, etc. In summer, the park offers animation programmes at the pool, which is a 5-minute walk away.
The holiday park is 600m above Lake Garda in the "Alto Garda" nature park, about 15 minutes by car from the western shore of the lake.
The CASA PICCOLO has a kitchenette, dining table and living room, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. Suitable for a maximum of 6 people. Free WiFi available in the house.
The kitchen has all the essentials and is equipped with sufficient cutlery and crockery.
In the living room there is a pellet stove for the transitional period (pellets must be bought yourself in the supermarket / hardware store or locally in the park), in addition, the living room is equipped with satellite TV.
Bedroom 1 consists of a double bed.
Bedroom 2 consists of a bunk bed.
Bedroom 3 consists of a sofa bed with mattresses.
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, toilet and shower.
In the outdoor area, there is a table and chairs for a cosy get-together. There are also sun loungers and a parasol if you don't want to lie by the pool. In addition, a barbecue is available.
The nearest village, Gardola, is about 20 minutes' walk away and offers shopping facilities, petrol station, post office, etc. There are also numerous restaurants.
