Description
Detached bungalow – CASA PICCOLO – in the holiday park “Villagio di Sunclass” in Tignale. Our bungalow is barrier-free, but not suitable for wheelchairs, as the doors and passages are too narrow. A parking space for your car is located directly in front of the house. The holiday park consists of approx. 160 bungalows, all privately owned and used/rented by the owners themselves. The magnificent Lake Garda can be admired on a leisurely walk through the park. Hikes and bike tours can be started directly from the accommodation, and your four-legged friend is also a welcome guest. Our bungalow is located in the northern part of the park with a view of the pool and the Monte Baldo massif. The park includes a large, heated pool approx. 25m x 10m, which can be used by all guests during the season & opening times, depending on the weather from mid-May to mid-September. There are enough sun loungers available at the pool. There is also a children’s playground around the pool and various other play equipment such as table football, outdoor chess, etc. In summer, the park offers an animation program at the pool, which can be reached on foot in 5 minutes.
The holiday park is located 600m above Lake Garda in the nature park “Alto Garda”, approx. 15 minutes by car from the western shore of the lake.
CASA PICCOLO has a kitchenette, a dining table and a living room, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. Suitable for up to 6 people. Free WiFi available in the house.
The kitchen has all essentials and is equipped with sufficient cutlery and crockery.
In the living room there is a pellet stove for the transitional period (pellets must be purchased yourself at the supermarket/hardware store or on site in the park), additionally the living room is equipped with SAT-TV.
Bedroom 1 consists of a double bed.
Bedroom 2 consists of a bunk bed.
Bedroom 3 consists of a sofa bed with mattresses.
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, toilet and shower.
In the outdoor area, table and chairs are available for a cozy get-together. Sun loungers and a sunshade are also provided if you do not want to lie by the pool. A barbecue is also available.
The nearest town, Gardola, is about 20 minutes on foot and offers shopping facilities, gas station, post office, etc.
There are also numerous restaurants there.
We preferably rent from Saturday to Saturday.

A beautiful week away from the hustle and bustle
We had a great week in the Casa. The good conversation with the landlord, the thoughtful furnishings of the apartment, the location near the pool yet not in the middle of the holiday home settlement - we were very satisfied. The location away from the main action was rather a big plus for us - right on the hiking trail. We would gladly book again to do everything that didn't fit into one week!

lovingly furnished accommodation with pool view and friendly landlord
We spent two beautiful weeks in Tignale. The holiday home had everything needed (sufficient dishes, cutlery, dishwasher, spices, etc.). The location is quiet with a direct view of the pool. Here you can enjoy the sunrises with a coffee. Right in front of the house is the parking lot, which makes loading and unloading easy. The windows in the bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets. The property is fenced with green hedges and offers optimal privacy. The region offers many excursion possibilities. Restaurants are easily accessible nearby.
Our conclusion: Great house, friendly host, great facility with pool and play options for younger and older children.

Fantastic
We have now been there for the second time and love it there. The owner has now renovated the bathroom, and you can see the attention to detail throughout the entire bungalow. We have already booked again and are looking forward to the next stay in 2027.

Great bungalow to explore around Lake Garda
We had a wonderful time in this accommodation. The bungalow is very cozily furnished, was very clean, and had everything one needs. For cool evenings, there is a great pellet stove. The terrace wraps around the corner, so you always have the option to sit in the sun or in the shade. There is also a stone grill and sun loungers available. You look directly at the great pool. Additionally, you have the option to park the car right in front of the bungalow. Down in the village, there is a small well-stocked supermarket and some great restaurants.
The bungalow is very central, and you can quickly reach the most beautiful places by car. Highly recommended would be, for example, Tignale, Limone, or Malcesine.

Wonderful vacation in September
Dreamlike vacation home that invites hiking and mountain biking above Lake Garda.
Located very nicely above Lake Garda, with a dreamlike view of the mountains. The pool is within walking distance and is always supervised.
The little town invites for relaxed strolling both in the afternoon and in the evening.
You can eat really well in all the restaurants.
