Welcome to our holiday apartment: s’kleine Fischerhäusl in Utting am Ammersee – your home for relaxing vacation days! The 65 m² holiday apartment in our former farmhouse offers space for up to four guests and features two cozy bedrooms as well as a well-kept bathroom with modern amenities. In the open living area, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, and everything you need for enjoyable cooking evenings together. In the living room there are SAT TV and a radio/CD player available, and you can use our free Wi-Fi.

For families with small children, a baby bed and high chair are provided. Bed linen is of course available. The washing machine, an iron, as well as a hairdryer make longer stays comfortable. A parking space directly at the house guarantees a relaxed arrival.
There is a locked storage facility for your bicycles. The apartment is suitable exclusively for non-smokers and offers an allergy-friendly environment.
The courtyard with its own seating area invites you to linger or play table tennis, while the nearby Ammersee entices with walks and swimming pleasures.
Our in-house chapel is always open to every guest for a short moment of contemplation. Enjoy relaxing days in a charming accommodation that combines comfort and functionality – perfect for families, couples, or business travelers. Long-term rental is possible.

Cancellation terms:

If the tenant cancels the contract, cancellation fees will be charged according to the following scale: for cancellations up to 3 months before the start of the trip, 10% of the rental price; up to 2 months before the start of the trip, 50% of the rental price; up to 2 weeks before the start of the trip, 70% of the rental price; from 2 weeks before the start of the trip, the full rental amount is due. The date of receipt of the cancellation letter is decisive. We recommend that the tenant takes out travel cancellation insurance in case of illness, accident, etc.
