Description

Welcome to the Fischerhäusl in Utting am Ammersee – your home for relaxing vacation days! The spacious holiday apartment in our former farmhouse offers 85 sqm of space for up to 4 guests and features two bedrooms, a bathroom, as well as a separate kitchen with a modern kitchenette, dishwasher, kettle, and coffee machine, and a very spacious living-dining room.
From the balcony you have a wonderful view of the lake and, when the Föhn wind blows, of the Alpine range. For your comfort, a parking space is available on the property, and there is a secure storage area for your bicycles.
In the living room, a SAT TV and comfortable seating provide cozy evenings, and the rustic corner bench offers enough space for all guests.
Fresh bed linen is of course provided, as well as a cot and a high chair for the little guests. The apartment is designed for non-smokers and offers particularly pleasant conditions thanks to its low-allergen environment. Practical amenities such as a washing machine, iron, and hairdryer make your stay easier, even for longer visits.
The courtyard offers the opportunity to play table tennis or simply to sit together comfortably.
Our in-house chapel is always open to every guest for a short, contemplative visit. Surrounded by a lovingly tended garden, the Fischerhäusl radiates an inviting atmosphere – the ideal place for a relaxing holiday by the lake!

Cancellation terms:

If the tenant cancels the contract, cancellation fees will be charged according to the following scale: for cancellations up to 3 months before the start of the trip, 10% of the rental price; up to 2 months before the start of the trip, 50% of the rental price; up to 2 weeks before the start of the trip, 70% of the rental price; from 2 weeks before the start of the trip, the full rental amount is due. The date of receipt of the cancellation letter is decisive. We recommend that the tenant takes out travel cancellation insurance in case of illness, accident, etc.
