The exclusive semi-detached house in a central location of Duhnen offers all the conditions for an unforgettable holiday. Whether alone, as a couple, or as a family with grandparents and children – Dat Lütte Hus guarantees exquisite comfort at all times, for example with high-quality furniture and an appealing feel-good atmosphere. Dat Lütte Hus is unique in Duhnen.
The 2-room semi-detached house consists of a large living and dining area. On the ground floor there is also a fully equipped fitted kitchen including a dishwasher as well as a spacious shower room. On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed (new back-friendly mattresses) and 1 single bed (90x200cm) as well as a play loft. In front of the house you will find a private parking space for your car. There is also a wallbox for charging electric cars (for an additional fee). From Lütten Hus it is only a few meters to the beach/promenade and to the center with bakery, restaurants, and retail shops. Especially in the darker season you will appreciate the short distances.
The private terrace with beach chair and garden furniture is very inviting and can be enjoyed extensively in good weather. There is also plenty of space here for your children to play.

Dat Lütte Hus is very centrally located in Duhnen. There are short distances to the beach or the promenade (approx. 250 meters). The center of Duhnen with its diverse restaurants and nice shops is also only about 250 meters away. The Ahoi adventure pool with sauna and the bus stop to Cuxhaven are in the immediate vicinity. Despite the central location, you will live quietly and individually in Lütten Hus.
