This level also features three bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom: one bedroom with a double bed, one with a double and single bed, and one with two single beds that convert into a double. The attic includes two bedrooms furnished with three single beds plus a games area with billiards, table football, chess, and children’s games; they share a bathroom and separate toilet. Cots and extra beds are available and free of charge in the property

The basement is dedicated to leisure and wellness, featuring a fireplace, gym, sauna, massage table, and a full laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
