The exclusive semi-detached house in a central location of Duhnen offers all the requirements for an unforgettable holiday. Whether alone, as a couple, or as a family with grandparents and children – Dat Lütte Hus guarantees exquisite comfort at all times, for example with high-quality furniture and an appealing feel-good atmosphere.
The 3-room house consists of a large living and dining area. On the ground floor there is also a fully equipped fitted kitchen including a dishwasher, as well as a spacious shower room and a bedroom with 2 single beds. On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, single bed, cot, as well as a play loft for children. The ground floor is barrier-free.
From Lütten Hus it is only a few meters to the beach/promenade and to the center with bakery, restaurants, and shops. Especially in the dark season, you will particularly appreciate the short distances.
Especially beautiful is the private terrace with beach chair and garden furniture, which you can enjoy extensively in good weather. Your children will also find plenty of space to play here.

Location and surroundings of object

Dat Lütte Hus is very centrally located in Duhnen. There are very short distances to the beach or the promenade (approx. 250 meters). The center of Duhnen with its diverse restaurants and nice shops is also only about 250 meters away. The Ahoi adventure pool with sauna and the bus stop to Cuxhaven are in the immediate vicinity. Despite the central location, you live quietly and individually in the Lütten Hus.

Bed linen is included in our prices and does not need to be paid for separately.
Tourist tax high season 4 euros/day, low season 3.20 euros/day. Children under 16 years free.
